CLAVET aims to developing an online OER platform for
structured cooperation among local authorities for the
qualitative development of education and training
initiatives with the overall objective of overcoming
geographical and border barriers and the aim of
realizing the EU education and training area.
The partnership brings together local authorities at
various levels of governance, third sector, academia
and the private sector to build cross-sectoral synergies
for the realization of a truly European project: 10
partners, 8 countries, 8 languages plus English as the
common working language of the Partnership and 5
local authorities.

1. Overview
CLAVET is an Erasmus+ Key Action-2 “Strategic Partnership”
project funded by the European Union, focused on the VET sector.
2. Duration
CLAVET has a duration of 24 months, starting in September 2014
and ending in August 2016.
3. Objective
The project aims to developing an online OER platform for
structured cooperation among local authorities for the qualitative
development of education and training initiatives with the overall
objective of overcoming geographical and border barriers and the
aim of realizing the EU education and training area.
Internet Web Solutions (IWS) is a leading provider of information
technology (IT) and engineering. IWS specialises in domains like
Professional Web Design, Web Development, Software
Development, E-Commerce Solutions, E-learning projects and SEO
strategies.
EU-03. IDP SAS Di Giancarlo Costantino (Italian Development
Partners), IT
IDP relies on more than 20 year experience in the development,
submission and management of successful EU projects. Since
1999, IDP develops and carries out also specialised training
courses for VET and Adult learners focused exclusively on EU
related issues.

IHF is a non profit organisation which principal aim is to provide
the community (including non profit and local authorities) with
assistance for the development of a wider international
cooperation through activities of specialised training on European
policies and dissemination of European vales.
EU-05. Comune di Reggio Emilia, IT
Reggio Emilia is a city on the cutting edge, a city thought for
people. Standing out for its quality of life, Reggio is a city of young
people and for young people: preschool and infant toddler centres
are renown for their pedagogical approach, studied and adopted
world-wide.

The Adriatic-Ionian Euroregion (AIE) is an European network
constituted as a Croatian NGO and participated by 26 members for
the promotion of trans-national cooperation between regions and
local authorities. AIE represents a model for cross-border and
integrated development between regions.
EU-07. Hassa Ilce Milli Egitim Nudurlugu, TR
Hassa General Directorate of National Education coordinates 3 VET
organizations and manages all the schools (primary, secondary,
high school) in the district., being also tied to the Governorship
District of Hassa. It also prepares and implements different types
of projects focused on VET subjects.

4. Partnership
The partnership brings together local authorities at various levels

including environment sciences-related programmes and research.
UMA has +1.000/1.000 exchange students (in/out)/year and
+100/100 exchange researchers (in/out)/year. UMA is member of
+100 networks/associations.

Yeri Municipality as local authority is responsible for the
coordination and management of: licensing, budgeting, local
educational programs, community development, community
management, as well as cultural and training activities (sports,
handcrafts, etc.).
EU-09. Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Dolj, RO
School Inspectorate of Dolj County is a school authority that
promotes educational strategy in the Dolj county and assures
institutional coordination and strategic communication between
Ministry of Education and education units . It also controls the
quality of the educational process.
EU-10. Municipalityof Distomo - Arachova - Antikyra, GR
The municipality of Distomo - Arachova - Antikyra (DAA) is one of
the six municipalities of the prefecture of Boeotia in Central
Greece Region, established from the combination of pre-existing
municipalities Arachova and Distomo and the Community of
Antikyra.
