Patricio’s primary focus are large clients and commercial properties.
Patricio was previously a real estate broker at Galin SA (Banco de Galicia) where he spent

general manager in Kantai S.A. and in 1981 he was the General Manager at Beccar Varela

Distribution Center - Covered Aerea: 15,000 sqm
Requirement
Search of a Distribution center with quick access to Buenos Aires
City, and located over Acceso Oeste highway. The client needs to
distribute their production to UIFBuenos Aires Port and
international airport. Looking for a covered area between 12,000 y
15,000 sqm. , also with truck loading and parking areas of 3,000 /
5,000 sqm
Approach
After an exhaustive search, the NAI ArgentinaUFBN found a
Distribution Center and negotiated with the Landlord to make
some specific modifications in the construction according UP the
client}T activity.
Results
We succeeded with a 5years Leasing contract of distribution
center at Moreno – Buenos AireT. 30,000 sqm of land, BOE15,000
