information for you to get the best results.
Keep this leaflet. You may need to use it again. Ask your pharmacis t if you need more information or advice. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor if you develop new symptoms, if you r sym ptoms get much worse or if your symptom s have not shown any sign of improvement over 4 weeks. Please tell your pharmacist or doctor if a si de effect occurs and gets troublesome, or seems serious to you, or if you get a side effect not listed in this lea flet. Lifestyle changes that may help to overcome daily fatigue
include:
Healthy eating
Regular exercise, such as a midday stroll
Take time ou t to allow for relaxation
Prioritise work toeds, instead of cramming too much intoone day
Delegate tasks at work and home
Find new ways to deal with stress
l earn to say no when there are too many demands on
personal time
Reduce the intake of alcohol, caffeine, and cigarettes

Do not take pharmaton Vitality Capsules if:
You are allerg ic to any of the ingredients listed in Section 6
of this leaflet
You have problems with your kidneys
You have high iron levels, such as in "haemochromatosis",
which is caused by a problem that may run in your family
You have problems with high levels of Vitamin A or 0 in your
body
You have problems with high levels 01 ca lcium in your bl ood
or urine
00 nol take this medicine if any of th e above applies to you. II you are not sure, talk to you r pharmacist or doctor belore taking this medicine. 1. WHAT PHARMATONID VITALITY CAPSULES ARE AND WHAT
THEY ARE USED FOR
Pharmaton Vitality Capsules are a multivitamin, mineral and
ginseng supplemen t. Each capsule contains standardised
Ginseng ext ract G11 5<!> with Vitamins A, B group, C, 0, E,
Nicotinamide, Folic acid, Biotin, and minerals Iron, Calcium,
Copper, Magnesium, zInc, and Selen ium. See Section 6 (Furth er
inlormati on) for a co mplete list 01 the ingredients and
quantities in each capsu le.
Philrmaton'il Vitality capsules are for:
Relief of short periods of daily fatigue associated with abusy,
hectic lifestyle. Symptoms of daily fat igue include te mporary
periods of exhaustion (for example caused by stress),
tiredness and a feeling of weakness or lack of vitality (loss 01
energy).
Prevention and treatment 01symptom caused by an
unbalanced diet.
Pharmatonif> Vitality Capsules work by enhancing mental and
physical performance through the combrned action of Gins ng
G115, vi ta mins and minerals on the basic metabolicprocesses.
Pharmaton'l Vitality Capsules are suitable for adult men and women but not lor children. MOle information about daily fatigue Daily fatigue is associated with a busy, hecti c lifestyle, and symptoms may include: Lack of energy Increase in rest requirements Energy not restored even after sleep Decreased menta l an d physical performance Le thargy Lack 01 concentration Taking other medicines The following medicines should not be taken with Pharmaton" Vitality Capsul es: Vitamin A derivatives called "retinoids" (prescribed to treat
acne)
. Vitamin 0 treatment
You should tell your pharmacist or doctor if you are taking the
following medicines:
Medicines to thin the blood called "coumarin anticoagulants"
such·as warfarin. This is because your doctor will need to
monitor your blood before you start or stop taking Pharmaton .
Vitality Capsules
Food, drink, vitamin and mineral supplements
tt IS imponant not to take too much Vitamin A, 0, or iron. You
should consider your daily intak of these vitam ins and minera ls
taki ng into account all sources including food an d drinks.
Pregnancy and breast-fe eding
Pharmaton Vi talrty Capsules contain Vitamin A. 00 not take
this medicine if you are pre gnan t, trying to get pregnant or are
breast-feeding.
Important information about the ingredients
Pharmaton ' Vi tality Capsules contai npeanut oil (also known
as arachis oil). If you are allergiC to peanut or soya, do not
take Ph rmaton:!') Vitality Capsules.
Pharmato n Vitality Capsules contain a small amount of
lactose. tf you are intolerant to lactose or you cannot digest
II, do not take Pharmaton\1) Vitality Capsules.

3. HOW TO TAKE PHARMATON VITALITY CAPSUL.ES
Follow the instructions printed in th is leaflet. Talk to your
pharmacist or doctor if you develop new symptoms or if your
symptoms get much worse or hav e not shown any sign 01
improvemen t over four weeks.
Adults (including the elderly)
Take one ca psule each day.
It is recommended to take the capsule in the morning with
food.
Swallow the capsule whole wilh wa ter.

How long to take Pharmaton~ Vilality Capsules tor
Start by taking Pha rma lon'~ Vi tality Capsules for 4 weeks.
If, after 4 weeks treatment, you are starling to feel belter,
you may continue to take Pharmaton Vitality Capsules for
up to 11 weeks.
Alter 12 weeks, talk to a doctor il you would like to conlinue
using Pharmaton tl vitality Capsules. The doctor may wish to
investigate your symptoms further.

II you lake more pharmato Vitality Capsules than you
should
If you overdose on this medicine you should talk to a doctor
or go to a hospital straight away. Take the medicine pack
with you.
If a<hild a«identally swallows Pharmatonti Vitality Capsules
Keep ou t of the reach an d sigh t of children. This product
contains iron which could be falal to a child that ta kes too
much.
If a child accidentally swallows a capsule, talk to a doctor or
go to a hospi tal straight away. Take the medicine pack with
you.

4. POSSIBU SIDE EFFEOS
Like all medicines, Pharmaton' Vitali ty Capsules ca n cause side
effects in some people, but these are usually mild.
The following side effects may happen with this medicine
Headache
Feelingdiny
• Difficulty sleeping (insomnia)
• Sensitivity reactions such as rash and itching (pruritus)
The side effects below are less likely to happen it you take
the capsules with food
• Feeling sick (nausea), being sick (vomiting)
• Stomach pains or diarrhoea
If a side effect occurs and gets troublesome, or seems serious
to you, or if you get a side effect not listed in this leaflet, please
tell your pharmacist or doctor.
5. HOW TO STORE PHARMAI0N~ VITALITY CAPSULES
Do not store above 25°(, Keep the bailie tightly closed.
Keep out of the sigh t and reach of children.
Do not take the capsules alter the expiry date, which you wi ll
lind printed on the packaging.
The capsules also contain the lollowing ingred ients: rapeseed
oil, arachis (peanut) oil, ethyl vanillin (flavouring), gel atin, hard
lat, triglyce rides (medium chain), glycerol, iron oxide red and
black (El 72 - colouri ngs), lactose and silica.

Pharmaton'" Vi tality Capsules are a dark brown opaque 50ft
gelatin capsule. They are available in packs of 30, 60 and 100
capsules.
