the lower Yarra Valley. Bordering the Yarra River for over 3kms and having a brand new 27 hole
Greg Norman designed golf course opening in June 2015, Yering Gorge is the ideal venue for next
conference. The Yering Room or the Clubhouse are perfect spaces for groups from 6 to 100 pax and
our private 120 acre private nature reserve is the ideal area to unwind and discover the abundant
native wildlife.
Visitors are most welcome to the De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate Cellar Door where they can taste
award-winning wines and sample beautifully matured cheese from the custom-made cheese
maturation room. Private cheese and wine matching experiences are also available by appointment in
our Trophy Room.
The restaurant, ‘Locale’ is a popular choice for dining because of its picturesque surroundings and
Italian-inspired menu. Sitting on top of a hill amongst the verdant vines, the restaurant overlooks the
estate vineyards to the Great Dividing Range in the north and the Dandenong Ranges to the south.
Locale sources only the best local and seasonal produce and reflects the De Bortoli family’s rich Italian

The TarraWarra Museum of Art is the first privately funded, significant public visual arts museum.
The Museum operates as a not-for-profit institution, with a charter to display Australian art from
the second half of the twentieth century to the present day. The Museum is committed to viewing
the important history of modernism through the filter of the present. The collection includes some
of Australia’s most renown artists including Russell Drysdale, Rosalie Gascoigne, Sidney Nolan and
Jeffrey Smart.
Our large indoor spaces and expansive grounds are your virtual blank canvas to create the ideal
event. The restaurant itself is a large, light filled space perfect for either a stand up or sit down affair;

Puffing Billy is Australia’s Premiere Preserved Steam Railway, located in the Dandenong Ranges. This
century-old steam train continues to run on its original mountain track from Belgrave to Gembrook.

Rayners are a family owned and operated specialty orchard that grows over 360 varieties of fruit.
With that much choice it means there is hardly a day of the year you can’t indulge in something
delicious that’s been freshly picked from a tree or vine only a moments walk from where you bought
it. Varieties include peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, tamarillo, pomegranate, persimmon, pepino,
feijoa, guava, kiwi fruit, dutch medlar and various citrus throughout winter. With the option of taking
a daily tractor tour through the orchard seven days a week, to both taste the produce and see the
trees up close, plus magnificent blossom tours from August to mid September you’ll truly feel a part of
this magical countryside.
Incorporate a visit here for your group team building by going on a tractor tour through the orchard,
a wander around the packing shed followed by a tasting amongst the trees. Allow your delegates
to learn some new skills at a fruit preserving and bottling class while also providing a very personal
souvenir of a well thought out conference. Utilise the cafe facilities for meals and snacks from
breakfast through to lunch. Catering to the needs of your group is easily done and only the freshest
of local produce is used. If your supplies need topping up there is a shop on-site selling a large range
of fruit products including jams, chutneys, bottled fruit, dried fruit, pure fruit juices, fruit leathers, fruit
pies and seasonal fresh fruit.

Looking for a team building activity? Then Trees Adventure is the right place. We offer a unique
Treetop activity for every member of your company. We are located in Glen Harrow, a beautiful
heritage listed garden just minutes away from Puffing Billy.
Yarra Valley Specialty Tours & Transfers is proudly owned and operated by Martyrs Bus Service, a
locally based bus company that has been in operation since 1927.
With the extensive resources and experience of both companies, we can provide all your transport
needs for conferences and events.
Our park is made of 5 courses totalling 77 challenges. Courses consist of rope bridges crossings,
ladders, walking nets, Tarzan swing, flying foxes and many more experiences amongst the trees.
We can also offer fully customisable winery tours for your team to spend some down time, unwinding
and enjoying the fabulous food & wine the Yarra Valley has to offer.
There are easy courses for those a little uneasy about heights (up to 2m high) to those more daring
who want to try our black runs (up to 15m high). The course difficulties are all indicated by different
colours in this order - green, blue, red, black! A very unique team building Treetop experience.
You can also enjoy a coffee, ice cream or a drink at our Trees kiosk. We have 4 different decks around
the garden where we can cater groups for a light lunch thanks to our local friends at Grunge Café.
Trees Adventure is open 7 days a week between 11am and 5pm during week days and 9am to 5pm
on week ends. We are located along old Monbulk Road at Belgrave. A very unique way to hang
around in the trees.
