What is the full address of the condo?

How far away is the airport?
The airport is only about a 20-minute car or cab ride.
Additionally, there’s a very convenient Airport Public Bus (the fare is USD 2.35). The bus will take you a
block away from the condo; it’s the first stop after the airport on Alton Road.
How far away is the beach?
Mid Beach is the nearest beach to the condo, and it is a 5-minute car ride away. A scenic stroll (which is very
doable) will take you about 15 minutes.
If you’re heading to South Beach, it is a 10- to 15-minute car or cab ride (depending on traffic) or, if you’re
feeling ambitious, a leisurely 45-minute walk along the boardwalk.
How far away is the grocery store?
The closest grocery store is Publix (located at 1920 West Avenue), which is a 20-30 minute walk or a
5-minute drive. For a scenic route, go along North Bay Road.
For the basics like canned goods, bread, toiletries, and drinks, there is a CVS (located at 4040 Prairie
Avenue), which is about two blocks away from the condo.
Do you have Wi-Fi in the condo?
Yes, there is wireless access throughout the condo, but it works the best in the bedroom area.
Look for Waterclub2 – password is: Alex8899 OR Waterclub Miami 3917 – password is: Alex9999. (We
found that Waterclub 2 works better within the condo.)
Do you have parking?
Yes, there is parking along Meridian Avenue. Just follow the signs.
Do you have laundry?
Yes, we have a washer and dryer in the suite. The dryer is not vented, so when doing laundry, please
make sure to leave the door to the laundry closet open.
We also have a clothes hanger that you can use for quick drying access if you don’t have a full load of
laundry to do.

Do we have to bring sheets, towels, etc.?
We have extra bath and beach towels that we keep at the condo for our guests to use (4 of each). We also
have an iron & ironing board, full kitchen with dishware and utensils, and basic toiletries and hair dryer.
If you feel like cooking, the closest grocery store is at Publix on Bayt Road & 20th Street.
Sheets and linens for the bed and sofa bed can be found in the bedroom closet (the left closet). Feel free
to hang up your stuff in that closet if needed.
The right closet in the bedroom is used for storing our personal belongings while we are not in Miami.
Please stay out of that closet.
Do you have cable and/or a DVD player?
We don’t have cable, but we do have a digital antenna. On clear days you can get quite few channels (but
you might have to skip through a lot of blank or fuzzy channels in between). We also have a DVD player
with USB hook-up, but our DVD selections are limited, so feel free to bring anything you want to watch.
Anything else I should know?
Make sure to take the garbage out daily or at least every other day, and also make sure to wipe down the
kitchen counter immediately after use, Because it’s a tropical climate, bugs can come very quickly. Garbage
& recycling can be deposited in blue bins provided outside, to the left side of the entrance.
Please don’t hang anything on the balcony as Miami has a strict by-law about hanging clothes on balconies.
What should I do before leaving?
At the end of your stay, please ensure:

All doors and windows are securely locked.
All blinds are closed.
All lights are off.
The A/C is left ON but adjust the temperature to 85-90° F.
White chairs are taken back inside if used for balcony.
All trash and recycling is removed from the condo and disposed outside in proper bins.
