BMF Wheel Finishes
STEALTH is a semi-gloss black painted wheel with CNC machined
accents on the rim lip only. After machining, the wheel is clear
coated in a semi-gloss dear automotive paint to lock in the
machining and prevent the aluminum from oxidizing. There Is no
machining on the face of the wheel or the sides of the spokes . For
those customers that lead a tactical lifestyle, STEALTH was made
for them.

’Death Metal’ Black is our signature finish. It .comes with a glossblack finish and FULL CNC milling on the rim lip, face of the wheel
and sides of the spokes. On some designs there is a BMF logo
engraved on the spoke. After machining,the wheel is dear coated
in a high-gloss clear automotive paint to lock in the machining and
prevent the aluminum from oxidizing. This is the finish that set BMF
Wheels apart from our competition since we founded the company!
PVD Chrome Is a breakthrough process by which a chrome like finish Is achieved-through Physical Vapor Deposition. This gives our
wheels a very bright luster and THREE-YEAR WARRANTY All PVD
Chrome wheels are machined using a FULL CNC milling process
on an surfaces of the wheel. On some designs there Is a BMF logo
engraved on the spoke.’The PVD Chrome process is then applied
over the entire wheel to give our wheels a sharp, clean look.

DT Custom Wheel warrants to the original retail
purchaser that the products manufactured will be
free from defects in the material and workmanship
under normal and intended use for a period of
ONE year from retail purchase. Polished and
billet aluminum wheels oxidize and require regular
maintenance. Their finish is not covered by this
warranty. Product must be accompanied by the
original sales receipt and returned to the retail
or wholesale dealer from whom the product was
originally purchased.
This warranty is not applicable if:
Have been used for other than the intended
purpose of normal on road use. (i.e. racing,
competition or off road)
Repairs or alterations performed by other than the
manufactures
Misuse, negligence, accident or wheel impact.
Improper installation or the use of incorrect wheel
accessories such as wheel adaptors, spacers and
non-approved lug nuts.
Damage due to improper tire mounting procedures
or the use of clip-on style wheel weights.
Finish defects caused by negligence, corrosion,
inclement weather (road salt etc), power washer/
automatic car wash, chemicals or improper use of
caustic acidic and abrasive cleaners.
Tires installed which are larger or smaller than the
recommended size for the wheel rim width.
Pitting and peeling on the backside of a wheel is
not covered under this warranty.
Do not wash your wheels while they are still hot
from driving. Do not attempt to cool hot wheels
with water, as it may cause damage to the finish.
IMPORTANT: If returned products are found not to
be the subject of warranty coverage, the products
will be returned to the sender, without repair or
replacement at the sender’s expense.
Customer is responsible for arranging inspection of
product and all other claim related issues. Please
note that most freight claims need to be reported to
the carrier/freight company within 48 hours.
FREIGHT
Freight is the responsibility of the customer for all
warranty and returned product. Freight sent collect
without an RGA number approval will be denied.
Freight will be charged on all invoiced product as
applicable. Freight is not included in the quoted or
catalogue price.
RETURNS
Warranty
DT CUSTOM WHEELS
LIMITED WARRANTY
Requests for returns will be considered on an
individual basis. All merchandise must be in
saleable condition and purchased in the past 90
days. Special orders, discontinued, special price,
blems, and promotion products are non returnable.
No credits will be issued for lost or damaged
products in transit to our warehouse. All returns
must have a RGA number issued prior to return
and in original boxes, palletized if needed, and
shipped PREPAID with original invoice and RGA
number attached.
SPECIAL ORDER WHEELS
All non-stocking wheels, as determined by DT
Custom Wheel, are special order and as such
are considered NON-RETURNABLE. Any orders
placed for non-stocking wheels will be subject to
a non-refundable 100% cash deposit or account
charge before ordering. There are no exceptions
to this policy. All special order wheels are to be
written up, with appropriate specifications and
order details, and signed by customer before they
are ordered.
Special order products not delivered with regular
DT Wheel stock pickups are subject to freight
charges as determined at the time of order. In
addition, any wheels shipped from US on a
separate shipment are subject to a mandatory $50
customs & brokerage fee per shipment.
FREIGHT CLAIMS
The customer is responsible for all freight claims,
unless otherwise advised. Shipment shortages
and damages must be claimed against carrier/
freight Company at the time of delivery.
