The Reunion (Denmark, 2012)
Get Ready to Be Boyzvoiced (Norway, 2000)
As young children, the half-siblings Axel and Yanne were sent to Norway for adoption.
The boy enters a wealthy family in Oslo's West side, and the girl an average family on
the East side. In contrast to her younger brother, Yanne remembers their journey to
Norway, but she has no idea where he might be now. All this is about to change,
however, as Yanne's Polish friend Maria starts working as maid for Axel's parents. She
discovers a photograph of a young boy, the same one she saw on the wall at Yanne's
flat. She takes on the task of reuniting them. But before she has time to realise the
consequences, she has set in motion a chain of events which involve the emotions of
many others than just her own.
The three high school buddies Niels (Nicolaj Kopernikus), Andreas (Anders W.
Berthelsen) and Thomas (Troels Lyby) are invited to the mandatory 25-year
anniversary. Actually Niels and Andreas are inclined to stay home, but Thomas talks
them into going. He has organized a great weekend with drinks, ladies and sauna! The
question is whether they actually survive the Copenhagen nightlife... and if they ever
reach the class reunion!
The band is a three-piece vocal group dominated by their utterly untalented lead
singer "M*Pete". When they are caught lip-synching before the release of their first
album, scandal erupts (fed also by their manager's physically assaulting an elderly male
and an elderly female member of the Salvation Army and the revelation that M*Pete's
16 year-old girlfriend is actually only 12) and they are dropped by their record
company. They consider leaving the music industry, but their manager gets them a
sponsorship deal with a Norwegian fish finger manufacturer. Ultimately they bounce
back to fame after an appearance at the HitAwards Norwegian music awards show.
Vila paranoia (Denmark, 2004)
Jorgen is burdened by his father, Valentin, an old man who neither talks nor moves and
is leading something hard to be called a life at his villa. The nurses come and go as
Valentin sits in his chair, never moving, never reacting.
Anna is a 24-year-old unemployed actress who, to get a paycheck, participates in a
ridiculous commercial, where she meets Jørgen, who offers her a room at his father's villa
to look after Valentin. She takes the job and turns out to be the only person able to
deal with this old, miserable man.
Valentin's mental faculties are not always on an even keel, yet he serves as an
audience for the roles Anna didn't get at auditions, and step-by-step, she starts to
bring him back to life. But it turns out that Valentin isn't quite as feeble as he has led
everyone to believe, and Anna must call upon her acting skills to find out what he is
hiding before Jørgen takes more drastic measures

district's big ladies-man. The local newspaper's editor Melin plays the drums in "Roffes
with Eivor". Kenta, who works at Roffe's garage, also plays in Roffes dance-bands.
Kenta is hugely in love in Ulla, but isn't equally delighted in her interests for car sport.

Stars above (Finland, 2012)
Stars above follows the stories of three women from the same family across three
different decades. The main characters – Saima (Irina Björklund), Tuulikki (Meri Nenonen)
and Salla (Elin Petersdottir) – each live in the same country house. Saima´s story takes
place in the war time 1942, when Finland fought against Soviet Union, Tuulikki´s story in
colourful year 1978 and Salla´s story in the present day. Each woman is between 30
and 40.
This deep and beautiful, yet humorous film pictures the encounters between people
and the possibilities for choice. How much does the time we live in affect us - and our
ability to hold on to our dreams? What are those things which we pass on from one
generation to the next? What changes, what remains the same? And to what extent
do mothers´ choices, let alone their unspoken secrets, affect their daughters´ lives?
