Dates:
Orders must be received by April 30, 2016 to qualify for Early Order pricing and terms.
Qualifying Orders:
Orders of 2 or more complete grills shipping to one destination will qualify for Early Order
prices. Broilmaster and Wilmington Grills may be combined on GM warehouse shipments
for quantity and freight concessions.
Pricing:
Early Buy Orders of 2 or more complete grills will qualify for Early Order pricing on the initial order. After placing an Early Order Gardner Marsh will allow you to enjoy special discounted Fill-In pricing for the remainder of the season. Prices expire 10/31/2016.
Freight Policy:
Freight will be paid to Gardner Marsh Dealers as follows:
Free Shipping on Appliance Orders $1500* or more.
* Applies to orders shipped out of GM Warehouse only. Direct Ship/Special Orders are
shipped Prepay & Add. Applies to GM Dealers. Freight Fuel Surcharges still apply. Policy is
subject to change without notice.
Delivery:
Early Order Grills will be shipped by April 30, 2016 at our convenience. We will make every
effort to meet your delivery request. Merchandise can only be released to customer accounts that are current.
Terms:
Payment for Early Order Broilmaster and Wilmington Grills will be due May 17, 2016 or Net
30 days, whichever is later. Should a customer fail to meet payment terms, that customer will
relinquish all Fill-In privileges.
Co-Op:
Co-op will be accrued on Broilmaster and Wilmington Grills purchased from Gardner
Marsh at a rate of 2%. Co-op funds may be paid only on pre-approved advertising and promotions. See your Gardner Marsh representative for details.

Only one Early Buy Order may be placed. After initial order of grills Fill-In prices will apply.

Permanent-mold aluminum castings are the thickest in the barbecue industry for unsurpassed heat
distribution. Broilmaster’s deep castings leave more room between the burner and cooking grids for
great grill flavor without the scorching food.
Two-piece, stainless steel rod cooking grids deliver stainless performance at cast iron price point.
Adjustable to three levels on P3X, two levels on P4X, and single-level (non-adjustable) on H3X and
H4X.
Patented stainless steel bowtie burner on Premium P3X and P4X grills leaves room for more
flame ports to distribute heat evenly from the center to the corners of the grill. Side facing burner
ports virtually eliminate clogged ports.
On Deluxe H3X and H4X grills, the stainless steel H burners deliver uniform heat.
On Infrared R3 and R3B grills the unique burner generates unmatched infrared heat to instantly sear

Warming rack pulls up and out of the way when the grill lid is raised, yet always stays level. The rack
adds more cooking area or as a staging area for foods to warm while the rest of the meal is grilling. The
warming rack can be easily removed to make room for large items. Stainless steel Retract-A-Rack—

What Is Covered And For How Long
From the date this Broilmaster Premium Gas Grill is first purchased, we will make available at our factory
a free replacement for any defective part covered by this warranty on the following basis. Proof of purchase required. Warranty applies to original owner and is not transferable.

Removal and reinstallation cost

Labor for replacement or repairs.

The costs of a service call to diagnose problem and labor
for replacement or repairs.
Travel, diagnostic costs and freight charges on warranted
parts to and from the factory.
Damages that might result from the use, misuse, or improper installation or storage of this appliance.
Claims that do not involve defective workmanship or
materials.
Unauthorized service or parts replacements.
Inoperable due to improper or lack of maintenance.
This warranty does not imply or assume any responsibility for consequential damages that might result from misuse
or improper installation of this cooking appliance. This warranty covers only claims involving defective workmanship
or materials. A bill of sale, cancelled check, or payment record should be kept to verify purchase date and establish
warranty period. Appliance must be installed by a qualified installer and operated in accordance with the instructions
furnished with the appliance.

Warranty Terms
Warranty Terms for Broilmaster Grills Purchased
before November 30, 2001
Empire Comfort Systems Inc. acquired the Broilmaster Grill Division in November 2001. The original
manufacturer is no longer in business, and so is unable to cover their warranty claims.
The original manufacturer’s pro-rated warranty on stainless steel burners is based on the following schedule:
* Years 11—15 consumer pays 75 percent of the retail price in effect, Dealer pays GM their
regular price.
Effective September 1, 2008, a consumer with a valid proof of purchase (receipt) dated prior to November
30, 2001, may buy grids and castings according to this same schedule. This allows the consumer to pay
subsidized prices on these items, even though the original funds set aside to cover these warranties have
been exhausted.
All orders will be subject to the appropriate shipping charges.
Please have the model number, serial number, and proof of purchase.
This warranty program will expire November 30, 2016.

GRILL OUT 2016—DEALER INCENTIVE PROGRAM
From October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016, dealer sales representative earn $50 for every four Broilmaster grills sold. Participants must submit claims in increments of four grills within 30 days of the month in which
the grills were sold. In addition to earning a spiff for selling Broilmaster grills, dealer sales representatives can earn
one of three national travel awards, or earn one of 12 regional cash awards, or win a drawing for one travel award.
2016 BROILMASTER SHOWROOM DISPLAY PROGRAM
Effective October 1, 2015 the Broilmaster Showroom Display Program is intended to help dealers display more
Broilmaster Premium Gas Grills and demonstrate their features.
Program:
Purchase, assemble, and display one to four Broilmaster grill(s) in the dealer showroom. Photograph the entire
Broilmaster Display and record the grill head serial numbers on the Broilmaster Display Program Form.
A one-time credit will be earned for new Showroom Display grills installed in the dealer’s showroom(s). Credit will
be applied to your Gardner Marsh Account.
This credit is available on new grills installed one time per year, per dealer. For example, once you submit a claim at
the $300 Level, you cannot submit a follow-up claim to add two grills to move up to the $500 level. The $300 Grill
Island credit is independent of your other Live Burn Claims (it does not count as one of the grills in the other Live
Burn Levels.)

The intent of this program is to support a maximum of one “Live Burn” display unit per model type, per dealer showroom. This program limits credits to one claim per model type, per location. Program excludes obsolete products .
MODEL HOME PROGRAM
Effective October 1, 2015—The Model Home Program is intended to help the builder display the products he is
going to use in construction, to help promote the contractor, and to promote Broilmaster Premium Gas Grills.
Program:
The allowance for model home display is one unit for every fifty homes constructed, or to be constructed, with a
permanently mounted Broilmaster grill as a standard item. If the homebuyer has an option to purchase other manufacturer’s units through an options/allowance program, as is typical with lighting and plumbing fixtures, this program
is not available to the builder.
Accessories:
Accessories manufactured by Broilmaster are part of this package—side burners, post mountings, shelves, built-in
door sets, tilt-out tank doors, register kits. All other accessories are excluded.
The costs associated with constructing a built-in grill island are excluded.

and accessories) must have the highest list price, the 2nd grill, the second highest price,
etc. Charcoal grills must include DPA301 and DPA304.

2016 PERSONAL USE PROGRAM
We know that when your sales and marketing personnel cook on Broilmaster grills, they sell more Broilmaster
grills. Therefore, Broilmaster is making this Dealer Personal Use Program available for sales and marketing employees and principals of our dealers.
We encourage Dealers sales personnel to purchase Broilmaster Grills for their own use because a satisfied user is
the best sales person for the Broilmaster Grill. Personal Use can be used on the grill, mounting and up to two genuine Broilmaster accessories.
The personal use discount can be given in two different manners.
1. To place your personal Use Grill Order complete the form below and the Broilmaster Personal Use Pricing

2. At time of grill purchase—the discount price will be given at the time of shipping/invoice. Completion and return of both sides of this form is required before shipping.

The Q3-Qrave introduction offers the Broilmaster customer the most versatile and durable cooker known to
man. The Q3X offers more versatility, it grills, roasts,
smokes, steams, bakes and slow cooks.
Achieving traditional barbecue flavor demands a low
temperature, lots of moisture, and a long cooking time.
Unlike cookers made with a stamped steel shell, the
Qrave Grill’s thick aluminum casting maintains a consistent cooking temperature all day—and all night.
The stainless steel drip pan eliminates flare-ups, so customers spend more time entertaining and less time lifting
the lid. Drippings fall onto the pan and vaporize to produce flavorful smoke. Excess fat and liquids flow down
into the drain channel and out of the grill to the external
drip bucket.

With its independent burner management, and multiposition lid stop, the R3 Infrared Grill provides a
broader temperature range (as low as 350 degrees)
and control unmatched in other infrared grills. This
cooking versatility lets you sear steaks, chicken or
chops; indirect cook a roast or turkey; and even
bake pizza and cookies. Special V-Channel cooking
grids over the IR burners capture up to 65% of the
drippings from the food. The two burners generate
up to 1,600 degrees F at the surface to vaporize
drippings—adding flavor and moisture to your

GAS OUTLET BOXES
Application: Utilizes standard LP Gas outdoor appliance
regulator and connector. Can be used to connect appliance
with permanently attached appliance regulators, like gas grills
and portable lights, to a 10 psi or 2 psi gas service. Easily
replaces a 20-pound cylinder. The MEC Gas Box has a Male
QCC outlet for the appliance regulator to connect to. MEC Gas
Box has a manual shut-off valve and a Secondary Safety
Poppet at each outlet for Zero Discharge at disconnect.
