Dear Costco Member,
Costco Wholesale records indicate you may have purchased the Nexgrill Industries, Inc. barbecue grill,
model number 720-0830D (Costco Item # 520178), between February 2014 and September 2015.
Nexgrill Industries, Inc., in conjunction with Health Canada has initiated a voluntary recall of this
product after receiving
ng a higher than normal return rate from consumers. The consumers were
reporting firebox expansion issues and flames on or around the control panel. Nexgrill Industries has
investigated this issue and found that if the firebox expands, the two center burners

may become disengaged causing gas to be misdirected from the burners, posing a potential risk

personal injuries and/or property damage
damage. Nexgrill has voluntarily initiated this recall out of an
abundance of caution.
If you believe you have one of these barbecue grills in your possession, immediately stop using the
grill. Please contact The Grill Services Customer Service department to arrange for the delivery
