THE CONCEPT
Genghis Grill, the largest build your own
stir-fry chain in the United States, is well
known for its fresh, hot and healthy food,
and for its styleo f fun service. Fans head
over to the Fresh Market Bar where they
are greeted with an array of more than
80 delicious, fresh ngredients from which
they can build their own bowl. They then
hand their bowl to our grill masters who
cook their creation to perfection on a large,
sizzling, circular grill.
The first Genghis Grill opened in 1998 in Dallas, TX. As of March 2014, there are 105 locations

FRESH CASUAL
The new Fresh Casual menu, which is available at select stores, and
electronic ordering provides guests with an elevated dining experience.
In addition to its legendary build-your-own bowls, the new Fresh
Casual menu includes Asian Tacos, street-style noodle bowls,
fried rice, hand-tossed salads, and Grill Master Creations.
Each of these entrees are brought right to the table. The
new entrees are made new sauces inspired by Thai,
Tandoori, Korean, and Mongolian taste profiles as
well as unique spice blends and the freshest ingredients
Genghis Grill is known for. Guests will also be able to order
and pay at their table with the new technology from Presto electronic
ordering system or one of the friendly GG team members. The small touchscreen
devices allows customers to select exactly how they want their entrée, engage with the
brand on social media, look up nutritional facts, and even pay, all from their seat.
