A spacious 3 bedroom villa for 6 guests - arranged for your holiday comfort! With a large pool and well kept garden.
Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Open plan lounge with TV and feature fireplace. Leads round in a L
shape to the kitchen diner. Of the three bedrooms two are en-suite and there is an additional family bathroom. The
downstairs terrace runs along the front and side of the property and has more than enough space for outside
dining. The mountain views from the property are stunning and it is set in the pretty and popular Gulpinar area.
Very secure with both an alarm system and metal grilles for your peace of mind. In fact everything needed for a
perfect holiday !

Spacious open plan living area with one 3 seater and two armchairs The lounge is split into dining area and living
room. It is fully equipped with a large TV with English speaking channels and DVD player and there is a wide variety
of DVDs available.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with plentiful cupboard and storage areas. Everything required to cater for six people. Utensils,
cutlery, crockery etc. Microwave, electric kettle, gas oven and hob, toaster are all provided and available for your
use .
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony
Bedroom 3 double bed, bedside tables .
All rooms are air-conditioned and have wardrobes & dressing tables.

Zambak has the added attraction of an abundance of flowering shrubs and fruit trees.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
A full clean prior to arrival and after departure is provided .
Extra cleans can be arranged if required. However these would be at an extra cost to renters.
