restaurants, bars, shops and the Saturday market. This is a 1st and 2nd floor duplex apartment with views to the
river and surrounding mountains. Brand new stylish furnishings, fittings and en-suite facilities. Large balconies
overlook beautifully planted gardens surrounding the strikingly designed multi-level pool with underwater lily pads
to sit on. The contemporary decked sun terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and relax in peaceful
surroundings.

Open plan kitchen area fully equipped with full-sized oven, integrated ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer and
dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery, glassware (including plastic for use by the pool) is provided.
Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom has fully tiled en-suite bathroom with shower, wash hand basin & WC

1st Floor WC/Utility Room with wash hand basin & WC + washing machine
Utility Room:
Electric washing machine, iron/ironing board are located in the first floor WC.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Bedlinen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. Full clean before arrival and after departure. There is a
complimentary mid-stay clean for guests booking over 10 nights.

Accessibility
Being so close to town the apartment is ideal for people with limited walking ability but is not suitable for
wheelchair access. The apartment is accessed up a flight of stairs to the 1st floor front door. The bedrooms are on
the 2nd floor accessed by a marble stone staircase. Both staircases have handrails.
Outside
Set in pretty gardens, there is a large shared swimming pool shaped like a splash of water which wraps around the
apartments. The pool has underwater lily pads that you can sit on in the pool. The spacious wooden decking is
furnished with comfortable sun loungers and umbrella shades. Entry to the garden is through a wooden pergola
covered with colourful Bougainvillea.
