2016 is set to be a year of gastronomy at Historic Sussex Hotels with our new Chef’s Table with a Twist. Each month,
Martin Hadden will share his cooking secrets in a hands-on masterclass followed by a delicious lunch.
From mastering the art of soufflé baking in February through to creating irresistible Christmas canapés in December, the Chef’s Table with a Twist
will encourage guests to roll up their sleeves and get fully involved in cooking on a different theme each month. As well as perfecting tricky cooking
techniques, the workshops will celebrate the local Sussex produce and British cooking on which both hotels pride themselves.

wine. Start time of 11.30am, with lunch at 12.30pm, unless otherwise stated. HSH Spa & Dining Club member discount applies.
Martin Hadden has been Executive Chef for the Historic Sussex Hotels group since 2003, working with the teams to offer everything from an elegant
dinner at Ockenden Manor, a cosy supper by the fire at The Spread Eagle to a family feast at Bailiffscourt. He was the youngest ever winner of the Roux
Scholarship in 1989. He won his first Michelin star at Ockenden Manor in 2000, and then at his own restaurant The Priory House in Somerset in 2001.
