Mornings: Arthur and Yvonne in the Mornings. Arthur
Crofton has been waking Jacksonville for 23 Years! The
morning show is fun, upbeat, informative and on target.
LITE 96.1 ON-AIR TALENT
5:30am – 10:00am: It’s "The Morning Show” with
Arthur and Yvonne every workday from 5:30am to
10:00am and Saturday Mornings from 6 to 9am with
the “Saturday Morning Replay”.
Arthur Crofton has been entertaining Jacksonville
listeners for over 30 years! Arthur has developed a
loyal following on Lite 96.1 WEJZ . . . he is a trusted
voice on the air and in the community . . . his English
wit and sharp sense of humor, gives the “Morning
Show” it’s dominant status in the market.
Yvonne Velazquez brings the female perspective to
the “The Morning Show” with Arthur and Jim Byard.
She is the definition of the “Working Mom”. . . with her
husband and 4 children, she can relate to every mom
and family in Jacksonville. She is bright, witty and

10:00am - 3:00pm – Matt Basford: Matt is a Jacksonville
native and 20 year plus radio veteran, who grew up on the
Westside of town. Matt truly lives his life on the radio.
He is by far the NUMBER ONE rated Midday personality in
the market. Our listeners’ relate to his zany and fun loving
nature. He keeps the workday going with great music and
fun.
3:00pm -7:00pm: Craiger Williams - Craiger is a native
of Piedmont, Missouri. While still in High School, he
began working for the local radio station where he
developed a passion for writing, voicing, and producing
commercials.
Craiger has been a Jacksonville resident for over 20
years. Listeners love his smooth delivery and great sense
of humor. He keeps the Drive home upbeat; with great
music and up-to-date traffic reports.

Delilah says her show is a “safety zone where listeners
take off their armor, slip into a ‘Mr. Rogers’ cardigan, sit
around the electronic hearth and share their secrets.”
She adds that her audience is “just like me and the two
women working on the show, who were once listeners.
We are single parents who work hard to strike a balance
between family and work life. We also enjoy our
friendships and remember to laugh as much as
possible.”
Delilah, loves her work “because it has allowed me to
bring together a distinct community of people who reach
out to help one another. We don’t try to fix people. We
listen. We sympathize. We empathize. If the show has

Daily broadcasts, caring for her children, running a
foundation, writing books, traveling and public speaking
add up to a very busy life for Delilah. And she wouldn’t

Dreams Come True is an organization unlike any
other of its kind. In 25 years, more than 2,500
dreams have come true for children battling lifethreatening illnesses in Northeast Florida and
Southeast Georgia. Lite 96.1 WEJZ partners with
Dreams Come True to help make children’s
dreams come true.
Lite 96.1 WEJZ teams with the Salvation Army
each year to host a Red Kettle Fund at a local
Publix. The entire Lite 96.1 WEJZ staff takes time
and to “ring the bell” for an entire day and collect
donations for the Salvation Army.
Lite 96.1 WEJZ works closely with
the Blood Alliance as we support and
promote Blood Drives all year long.
The United We Care, Give the Gift of
Life, Florida/Georgia and Thanks For
Giving are huge drives with hundreds
of donors each. We also support
monthly drives throughout the First
Coast as well.
PROMOTIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
City of Jacksonville Beach
(Mother’s Day POPS Concert / Moonlight Movies / Summer Jazz Series)
Lite 96.1 WEJZ teams up with the City of Jacksonville Beach for these three
huge events which are free to the public. Each event will draw crowds of
5,000 – 10,000 people.
Zombie Chase. . . A local event hosted by Renda
Broadcasting. This is a kids fitness Zombie
Chase. Runners will run a one mile sprint to
safety while being chased by Zombies. Last year
we generated 3,000 people.
The Children’s Christmas Party of Jacksonville
with its First Annual Lite 96.1 WEJZ Toy
Drive. This local local charity gives toys to
thousands of children who otherwise would not
receive a toy for Christmas. The Children’s
Christmas Party of Jacksonville has been a
part of this community for over 20 years
