Over the next few months, Flow will be upgrading its existing analog (formerly Karib Cable)
network throughout the island. This will be done on a phased basis and existing customers
will be contacted by Flow representatives to coordinate the migration of their services once
their respective address is ready for conversion.
In order to ensure a seamless transition, we encourage all existing customers to update
their contact details by emailing the following information to [email protected]:

Who is Columbus?
Since starting operations in 2005, Columbus is one of the fastest
growing companies, operating one of the most advanced broadband
networks, in the region, spanning 27 countries. Columbus serves over

operates three brands:
• Wholesale – Columbus Networks: the region’s most powerful, robust,
multi-terabit, subsea fiber-optic network providing broadband
capacity and IP service

class connectivity and IT solutions to small, medium and large and
multinational enterprises across Latin America and the Caribbean
• Residential – Flow offering digital cable including HD, VOD services,

How will my Columbus /Flow Services be different from what I am
getting now?
The infrastructure that we are building in Saint Lucia allows us to carry
multiple services on one connection (Video, data, voice). For residential
customers, your services will be under the “Flow” brand. Your Flow
services will be a far superior experience giving you much more flexibility
and access to the latest innovations in the Cable, Internet and landline
markets.
When is Columbus Coming to My community?
The technology we are introducing to Saint Lucia is very robust. It is a
Hybrid Fibre Coax network that allows us to bring multiple data (video,
voice and data) -- the latest innovations in cable television, broadband
internet and landline telephone services via one connection. Building
this network is a time consuming process as we build community by
community, street by street and house by house. We will start building
out our services in Castries. We expect the entire process to take 12-18
months. We will update you on the progress of our network, and when
we are coming to your community via the media and our website www.

I live in an apartment or condo can I get Flow service?
Yes you can. However, we will need to have written permission from
your landlord before we can proceed with installation.
If I move to a new location, can I take the box with me?
No. You will be required to contact Flow to advise of your move and
indicating the address of the new location and request for transfer of
service. Once Flow digital service is available in your new area, we can
activate services at the new address once your move is completed.
Installation or relocation fees may apply. Flow representatives will discuss
further with you.
Do I have to pay to have more than one set top box?
Your first video set top box is included in your monthly basic package fees
(for Starter, Basic and Extended Basic video packages). Additional outlets
are available for a monthly fee of $15.69 per outlet.
Can I get the additional channels on more than one television set in
my house?
Yes, video packages will be available on all video set top boxes in your
home. If you wish to restrict programming or content on a specific set
top box, you can set the Parental Control Feature. See details on page
17 of the Video User Manual which you will receive when your service is
installed.
