received after August 12th and day of
show will be $20.00 and you will NOT
receive a t-shirt. Registration entitles
registrant to door prizes. Concessions
available for purchase.
EXTRA T-SHIRTS are $10.00 each.

location for a Car Show. Get there
early for the best grass and shade!
Dash plaques for the first 200
entries. Trophies and prizes!
By completing and returning this registration form, I
hereby waive and release all liability for any damages or
accidents which may occur during the Potato Days
Festival. I will be responsible for clean up of any fluid
spills from my vehicle during the show. NO ALCOHOL
CONSUMPTION ON OR DURING THE SHOW.
VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED AND LOSE ANY
AND ALL FEES AND AWARDS IF VIOLATED.
