Leadership development is an ongoing challenge in the life of the busy
pastor. Trying to find studies which are not only intellectually applicable, but
provide practical assistance is even more challenging. The goal of Z-Leader’s
online study is to be one of the answers to these challenges. The 12-session
process, once completed, assists pastors in developing a missional mindset,
or fan the flame of an already developed missional pastor.

How will a personal coach from Z-Leader help me?
Personal Coaching is about leadership development. A Coach will help you in
developing your “leadership point of view.”
Everyone has a point of view. As the undershepherd you are called to a biblical
point of view. Our coaches will provide biblically-based leadership development
for you as you seek to lead your church. This is not a therapist. This is a personal
leadership coach to help you move to the next level in leading your church.
Growth can be hindered due to leadership practices. Your Z-Leader Coach will
help insure you are utilizing the “best practices” in leading the church God has
called you to serve.
