INDIVIDUAL COACHING Rise to the challenge and achieve lasting results. WHAT IS IT? This is a collaborative, individual relationship between you and your coach. As a leader, you may have responsibility for leading people, projects, or initiatives. Your coach partners with you to bring about sustainable behavioral change so that you may achieve short- and long-term professional and organizational goals. WHO IS IT FOR? Individual coaching is ideal for leaders who have been recently promoted or simply want to uplevel their leadership skills. This is the perfect forum to work on less tangible behaviors such as body language, personal impact, communication style, and influencing skills. HOW DOES IT WORK? Because coaching is transformative in nature, you partner with your coach for either 6, 9, or 12 months. Typically, coaching sessions are conducted bi-weekly for 45-minutes each session. Since you are juggling multiple priorities, sessions are usually conducted over the phone or by videoconference, thereby eliminating travel time. may conduct interviews with these people or feedback may be elicited using a 360° assessment. The feedback is then used to gain valuable insights into the your strengths and opportunities for development as well as align organizational goals with personal goals. In a safe and trusting partnership, you are able to explore blind spots, vulnerabilities, and frustrations. Your coach helps you connect you to your strengths and values in order to improve your relationships, communication, and leadership presence. WHAT’S THE BENEFIT? While you will be challenged to try out new behaviors, your coach will help you monitor and measure the effects. You will also make significant progress toward your stated goals – whether that’s taking on a new role, dealing with a difficult relationship, or leading a gamechanging initiative. You will notice significant transformation including: • Increased self-awareness • Greater self-confidence • Superior leadership skills • More effective relationships At the onset of the coaching agreement, you will receive feedback from your manager, peers, direct reports and other stakeholders. Group Coaching is for leaders from the same or different organizations who want to collaborate with each other to share best practices, lessons learned and create greater impact through shared knowledge. Your coach partners with group members to transfer learning and create an on-going accountability structure that promotes sustainable change. ~ Helen Keller WHO IS IT FOR? Group coaching is ideal for leaders within similar professional fields (i.e. HR or Engineering) or roles (i.e. Project Managers or Mid-level managers) who share similar developmental goals. Group Coaching is best suited for leaders who would like to improve productivity, address unresolved conflict, or carry forward learning from a professional development program such as a workshop or conference. • Increased collaboration – within an organization, Group Coaching creates a web of conversations that bypass unintended silos and brings together individuals from different parts of an organization. • Greater innovation – the support of the group often inspires leaders to think in non-linear ways. Within the safe and trusting environment of the group, leaders challenge each other stretch themselves further. HOW DOES IT WORK? A Group Coaching program brings leaders together for 6 to 12 months where they exchange experiences, challenges, opportunities, and create solutions. The group meets monthly via phone or videoconference for up to 90-minutes per session. The sessions are open discussion about “just-in-time” challenges and opportunities. Leaders are also paired with one another to support each other in between sessions as they work on their personal leadership skills. WHAT’S THE BENEFIT? The rewards of Group Coaching are as varied and unique as its leaders but a few common benefits include: • Increased probability of achieving goals – the synergy of the group creates a supportive environment for leaders to move forward with their goals • Accelerated motivation – when leaders make commitments to themselves in the presence of others, the level of accountability rises significantly and accelerates each person’s progress To learn more, contact: Jenna Stoliker 866.483.0667 [email protected] 3 Leadership Coaching Explore Your Edge of Genius from the Inside Out Jenna Stoliker P.O.
