Chris Griffiths
- Holds USSF “C” coaching license
- Four-year letterwinner at Medaille College (four-time Conference
Champions)
- Undefeated during college career (33-0-3)
- Former Player for Queen City and Buffalo City (Currently FC Buffalo)
Training sessions begin in November and
run through April to enable players to
continue playing with respective travel/
premier teams through summer.
Teams will play either intersquad
scrimmage or league game on Saturday
or Sunday in addition to their weekday
training session.
Jose Elena Garcia
- Holds UEFA “A” coaching license
- Played six years professionally in Spain’s Third Division
- Has 16 years coaching youth soccer in Spain and the United States
- Spent five years as the Director of Coaching at Club Deportivo San
Fernanco Escolapios where he oversaw 15 different teams
Leanne Ryan
- Former Women’s Head Coach at Medaille College and Holland High
School, where she led the team to three Sectional titles
- The College at Brockport’s all-time leader in career goals (56), career
points (132), and goals in a season (18)
- A four-time All-SUNYAC player, two-time All-New York State selection,
and Adidas All-Region team selection.
- Inducted into the Brockport Athletics Hall of Fame in 2010.
Torsten Schafer
- Holds USSF “C” coaching license
- Assistant Coach in the WNY Flash Academy
- Former semi-professional player at In lemgo and Bielefeld in Germany.
- Combined coaching career of 18 years in Germany and the United
States
Each player will receive two t-shirts with
registration.
All training sessions will be held at Sahlen
Sports Park, Western New York’s premier
training facility
