new CEU course: Captioned Telephone Service 101.
People with hearing loss are at a distinct disadvantage
compared to people with normal hearing when
communicating on the telephone. This course
discusses eligibility requirements for patients to
receive a captioning telephone from CaptionCall.
Course Learning Outcomes:
• Participants will be able to identify eligibility requirements from the FCC to
receive a captioning phone.
• Participants will be able to demonstrate the functionality of the CaptionCall
phone, CaptionCall Mobile and CaptionCall service.
• Participants will be able to discuss how to submit a Professional
Certification Form.

the upper left-hand corner of the CaptionCall touchscreen. Phonebook lets you
save contacts on your phone for easy dialing. You can save multiple numbers for
each contact and use the CaptionCall online service to assign a photo or image for
each contact. Our local Trainers can help with this during installation.
