This is not insurance. TruHearing provides discounts through
contracted health plans and enrolled employer groups for
hearing aid sales and professional services at selected
hearing care providers. Three professional service visits for
fitting, programming and adjustments are included in the
price of the aids. To the extent that the Humana member has
hearing benefits under their plan, the plan will pay first, then

the member will be responsible for payment that exceeds
any insured benefit. Members accessing the program pay
for all services at discounted prices. $108 yearly membership
fee in the MemberPlus program waived for Humana
members through 12/31/2014. TruHearing is available to
all commercial Humana members, except to the extent such
plans are offered in Illinois and Florida.
