BANH MI
“Banh Mi” is a Vietnamese Snack consisting of a
baguette filled with a variety of ingredients, typically including meat, pickled
vegetables, and chilli. Our Warehouse Banh Mi is filled with satay chicken, carrot,
bean sprouts, coriander, pickled mooli and mayo
BANH CUON
Banh Cuon is a Vietnamese wrap, the pan cake is
made using rice batter. The Rum Warehouse Banh Cuon is filled with minced pork,
toulouse sausage, shallots, shitake mushrooms, coriander, cucumber, chilli jam.
DOSAS
A Dosa is a crisp pancake made from a batter of
fermented rice and white lentils, served with saambaar, this is a kind of spiced
vegetable and lentil stew, and traditionally it is served with fresh coconut chutney.
Filled with a choice of either of the two fillings below:
The Original Dosas, filled with a traditional potato bhajee
also known in India as dosa bhajee.
Lamb Dosas, an original Bombay Street-side specialty filling of
