of chippers. Offering enhanced safety features and RAYCO’s engineering expertise, this product
launch has been one of the most successful in company history. Models range from 150 mm (6")

RG25HD
RG25HD is RAYCO’s premier Mini Work-Force model. It features a
reliable Kohler 25 hp petrol engine with electric start, powerful hydrostatic
transmission and large wheels to navigate over obstacles and difficult
terrain.
SELF PROPELLED STUMP GRINDERS
MEDIUM POWER:
RG1625 / RG1635 Super Jr Series – Petrol
Super Jr series with swing-out operator control stations.
The Super Jr line of compact, self-propelled stump cutters
are now available with 3-position swing-out operator control
stations to allow better visibility of the cutting action and
easier travel through gates. Two grinding positions to allow
operators the ability to select which position better suits the
job conditions.
RG1635 Trac Jr – Petrol
Compact stump cutter with rubber tracks that provide excellent traction and
ground pressure of less than 4 psi. Huge, 121 cm cutting width tackles big
stumps and a hydraulic backfill blade makes easy work of clean-up. The
swing-out control station provides excellent visibility. Available with a custom
trailer.
New! RG27 / RG35 Super Jr Series – Petrol
New from RAYCO are the RG27 and RG35 Super Jr. Packed with userfriendly features, these machines are designed to remove unwanted
tree stumps as easily as possible. Features swing-out control station
and slewing-ring pivot design ensures a low centre of gravity and means that maximum cutting depth can be maintained
across the entire width of cut. Cutting power and torque are provided by a 27 hp or 35 hp Vanguard petrol engine, with
improvements to the cutter wheel drive train. A hydraulic backfill blade is optional.
RG1645S – Turbo Diesel
Diesel power and all the features of larger machines on a
mid-sized budget. Powered by a 44hp Kubota turbo diesel
engine and RAYCO’s Command Cut helps to deliver the
cutting power smoothly and consistently. The control station
swings to the side for grinding and in-line with the machine
to allow travel through gates. Four wheel drive provides
traction for climbing chip piles and slopes. The outer dual
wheels are removable to fit through 1 metre gates. Twospeed ground travel allows manoeuvre at lower speeds or
travel longer distances in hi range. Hydraulic backfill blade
facilitates quick clean up of stump chips and dirt.
HIGH POWER: RG70X and RG100X – Diesel
These full feature machines feature powerful 66.8 hp and 99.2 hp Kubota
diesel engines with hydrostatic cutter wheel drive and RAYCO’s Command
Cut to deliver top-notch performance. The swing-out control panel keeps
the operator safe from flying debris. The RG70XR and RG100XR give you
the added feature of an optional radio remote handheld control unit.
TOWED STUMP GRINDERS
RG100DXH / RG140DXH – Turbo Diesel
For maximum horsepower and productivity in a towed
stump grinder, RAYCO’s RG100DXH and RG140DXH
deliver the goods. Chip collection capacity and cutting
dimensions are designed for work on large stumps
without the need for re-positioning or raking.
An exceptionally smooth cutting action is achieved with
RAYCO’s Command Cut automatic swing speed control.
Hydrostatic cutter wheel drive with RAYCO’s exclusive
“Quick-Stop” cutter wheel provides years of dependable
service and requires little maintenance.

RC6D25 / RC6D35 – 150 mm (6") capacity chipper
The popular RC6D Series features a compact, 150 mm capacity chipper
can be fitted with either a 25 hp or 35 hp petrol engine and comes
standard with VersaFeed automatic feed control. A wide stance maintains
better stability when cornering and travelling over uneven terrain.
The Torflex® suspension axle has been upgraded to 1600 kg capacity
for longer life. All these features in an easy to operate, easy to maintain
package make the all new RC6D stand out among 150 mm capacity
chippers.
RC1220 – 300 mm (12") capacity chipper
The RC1220 delivers power and productivity the professional user
demands. This high-performance 300 mm capacity chipper is powered
by a choice of 67 hp or 99 hp Kubota diesel engines. Features include
RAYCO’s Versa-Feed infeed control and X-Charge discharge system,
a wide infeed opening and powerful infeed power planetary feed wheel
motor. The RC1220’s exclusive Touch and Go downpressure system
eliminates the need for the operator to hold the lever continuously. All
these features make the RC1220 a high-performance chipper built for
challenging job conditions.
RC1824 – 450 mm (18") capacity chipper
The RC1824 features a powerful feed system to pull in brush, limbs, and
logs easier, with less trimming. Dual, horizontal feed wheels are offset to
minimize material kick-up. A 300 mm diameter top feed wheel is powered
by a planetary drive motor and easily climbs over large logs without
operator assistance.
This 450 mm capacity drum chipper is compact and powerful, featuring
a 160 hp Cummins turbo diesel, which is rubber isolated for smooth
operation. The RC1824 chipper with a biggest-in-class 965 mm diameter
by 300 mm wide drum powers through challenging material. All this
performance comes in a package that is less than 5 metres long with the
feed table folded.
