PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Buy any handheld STIHL Battery KombiSystem tool
together with any STIHL Lithium-Ion battery, from any
participating STIHL dealer in the U.S. or US Territory, during
the time period April 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012,
and you qualify for a $100 mail-in rebate. Completed rebate
requests must be postmarked by October 31, 2012. Please
allow 4 - 6 weeks to receive your rebate check.
CLAIM PROCEDURES: To submit a rebate claim under this
promotion, visit www.stihlrebate.com to review the
requirements and qualifying purchases for the $100 mail-in
rebate. Qualifying purchases include a STIHL HSA 65 hedge
trimmer, FSA 65 trimmer, FSA 85 trimmer, MSA 160 C-BQ
chain saw, or BGA 85 blower, when purchased together
with a STIHL AP 80 or AP 160 battery. Simply follow the
instructions on the “STIHL Battery KombiSystem Rebate
Offer” form to submit your rebate claim. Proof of purchase
and additional information are required.

Qualifying purchases can only be made from authorized
STIHL dealers in the U.S. or US Territory between April 1,
2012 and September 30, 2012, with claims postmarked by
October 31, 2012. Duplicate or incomplete claims will not
be honored. Claims that are postmarked after October 31,
2012 will not be processed. For questions about claiming a
rebate under this promotion, see the list of frequently asked
questions at www.stihlrebate.com. Rebate checks will only
be mailed to an address located within the 50 United
States, the District of Columbia, or other US Territory. It may
take up to six (6) weeks after submission of a completed
rebate claim, that is made in accordance with these terms,
to receive your check.
PROOF OF PURCHASE: For purchases from your
participating STIHL dealer, proof of purchase is a copy of
your STIHL dealer’s sales receipt (not a copy of your credit
card receipt), which clearly shows the dealer name and
address, STIHL Battery KombiSystem tool model number
and serial number, battery model number and battery serial
number, and date of purchase and invoice number, as well
as your full name and address and phone number.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS
UNDER THIS PROMOTION: If any Qualifying Product
required for redemption is returned for any reason, your
rebate claim and any checks issued to you under this
promotion will not be honored.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchase a qualifying STIHL Battery KombiSystem tool
together with a qualifying STIHL Lithium-Ion battery from
April 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012, from a
participating U.S. STIHL dealer and receive a mail-in rebate
of $100 (subject to terms and conditions). Claims must be
submitted and postmarked by October 31, 2012. STIHL Inc.
reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of
this promotion or modify or end this promotion at any time
and without notice. This promotion is only valid while
supplies last at participating STIHL dealers. Qualifying
STIHL Battery KombiSystem tools and qualifying STIHL
Lithium-Ion batteries must be purchased together from an
authorized STIHL dealer within the 50 United States, the
District of Columbia, or other US Territory. For any one
customer, there is a limit of ten (10) rebates for a $1,000
maximum, as long as that customer meets all of the
purchase requirements and complies with all of the Terms
and Conditions. The limit of ten (10) rebates could be
reached with one purchase of 10 qualifying STIHL Battery
KombiSystem tools and 10 qualifying STIHL Lithium-Ion
batteries, or with multiple purchases where the customer
meets all of the purchase requirements and complies with
all Terms and Conditions, and where the $1,000 maximum
rebate over the course of the promotion is not exceeded.
This promotion is open to individual end-user customers,
small businesses, governmental, municipal, institutional,
national account, and nonprofit/BAA organizations. The
individual / organization requesting the rebate must be the
same as the individual / organization indicated on the sales
receipt.
STIHL Inc. and its agents are not responsible for accepting,
processing, or honoring incomplete or late rebate requests,
or rebate claims submitted via any mechanism other than
STIHL’s paper application form. Providing false or
misleading information disqualifies any rebate claim
submitted under this promotion, and is subject to
prosecution. STIHL Inc. and its agents reserve the right to
deny and/or disregard any rebate request deemed to be
false, misleading, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the terms
of this promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited
or restricted by law. This promotion is not valid in
conjunction with any other promotion or offer. This
promotion is not valid in conjunction with any employee
discount program which is already offering STIHL products
at a discount. STIHL is not responsible for printing errors
associated with this offer. STIHL is not responsible for an
inability to read the terms of this promotion due to the fact
that these terms are displayed in the English language.

or theft of your proof of purchase. Copies of these Terms
