In the market for batteries, accumulators and radio equipment, the product range is so wide that it is almost incomprehensible.
But, how do you find the right provider and the appropriate product? Which quality criteria should be adhered to in order to
ensure the durability and reliable use of mobile energy sources?
Product quality – more than just the sum total of all components
Cell: Battery cells are measured out individually by Axcom. The inner resistance of these quality cells is lower so that a higher
number of charging and discharging cycles is achieved. For this reason, Axcom batteries have a longer lifetime and are less
expensive in price.
Capacity: By means of Axcom batteries’ high capacity, the load during operation is less. This guarantees longer lifetimes at a
lower total cost.
Contacts: Gold-plated contacts ensure that contact is securely made. Transmission resistance levels are low – batteries can be
used longer and more effectively.
Electronics: Safety components protect against overcharging and overheating – this is an important criterion, especially in the case of lithium
ion technology. Thanks to flex-board technology, the risk of breakage is less in the case of stringent requirements.
Housing: In principle, Axcom does not process any recycling material but only high quality plastic housing made of ABS/PC that is
ultrasonically sealed.
