Our Vision
TREC is Malaysia’s first and only
purpose-built, urban F&B, lifestyle
and commercial destination.
When completed in 2015, TREC
will be a pioneering one-stop
integrated entertainment district
within Kuala Lumpur’s tourist belt,
with a size, design and usability
to rival the likes of Hong Kong’s
renowned Lan Kwai Fong district,
Shanghai’s Xin Tian Di, and
Singapore’s Clarke Quay.
We are now looking for the right
tenants who share our vision and
determination to transform TREC
into Malaysia’s new centre of gravity.

SPECIAL
SERVICES
TREC will be built on a 7-acre site located directly opposite
Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) – the new financial heart of Kuala Lumpur on Jalan Tun
Razak, with front-row views of the spectacular greens of the Royal Selangor Golf
Course, and within the immediate vicinity of the upcoming Ikea/Ikano Megamall
development, TREC has an enviable location like no other.
Endorsed by the Malaysian Ministry of Tourism as a Designated Entertainment
Zone under the NKEA Epp 8 programme, TREC integrates an exciting variety of
different styles, atmospheres and moods in 5 unique zones, offering casual to
fine dining restaurants, quirky and arty independent cafés, wine bars, pubs lounges,
clubs and lifestyle related services.
TREC will tap into the high value F&B and retail spending power of a local and
tourist catchment population that spans the Bukit Bintang shopping belt, Jalan
Sultan Ismail and Jalan Ampang. The attraction of TREC will be further amplified
by the presence of Zouk KL, Kuala Lumpur’s unrivalled entertainment hub and
a destination in itself. One of the most successful entertainment brands in the
region, Zouk KL will be located right next to TREC.
Unique to TREC will also be its ‘single-landlord’ advantage which will provide
better control over tenant mix, customer profile and security.

TREC’s ground-breaking concept and design will
offer a truly unique street experience like no other in Malaysia. The total
net lettable area of 200,000sf is planned around 5 unique lifestyle zones,
all of which encourage meandering, browsing and exploring across both
street and upper levels so as to maximize pedestrian patronage.
With a total of 77 units and sizes ranging from 400sf to 5,000sf, the scale
and diversity of its planned tenant mix will be unprecedented.

Sports Bar
Electric Boulevard comprises 2 blocks of double-storey interconnected shophouses –
35 units in total – which are contemporarily styled to house primarily entertainment
outlets such as bars, bistros, karaoke outlets, liveband lounges and clubs; making it
an ideal destination for after-work happy hour gatherings.
Dramatically lit by multi-coloured neon lights and LED lights, and pulsating with music
that spill out into the street, this is a loud and highly magnetic entertainment destination
that encourages customers to move from one nightspot to another, celebrating and
exploring, without interrupting the partying.
Colourful, wild and mesmerising, this is for people who live on 3 hours’ sleep a night and
want to pack as much as they can into every minute of it.
electric
boulevard
Designed to be a high energy, high voltage, highly charged street
destination by renowned Malaysian architects - Veritas, Electric Boulevard is inspired by
the ‘bright lights, big city’ atmosphere of some of the world’s most exciting night-time
destinations – New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong.

Stylish, calmer but no less interesting than its hot and wild neighbour,
The Hive is a 2-block cluster of double-storeyed Semi-D shoplots – 23 units in total – housing
at street level, casual and high-end restaurants, wine bars and lounges with an alfresco feel.
For the worldly and well-travelled, this is the street where the energy is dialled down a
notch, where the talk is louder than the music, where connections are made and business
is done over casual dining. Each shoplot features a dual-frontage opportunity with views
through the front and the back.
The upper level units comprise mixed lifestyle concepts such as fashionable cafes, lounges,
boutiques and more.
A few steps away from The Hive is The Box, a 2,000 sq ft indoor event space, elevated from
the ground, which is perfect for events such as launches, cocktail events, exhibitions, private
weddings and functions.
