Drills and tufts
If you are interested in producing technical or household brushes,
then a Z.WASP machine is a great advice. These semi-automatic
drilling and tufting machines are the ideal solution for manufacturing
cylindrical or disc brushes, plate, strip or tank brushes, brooms or
hairbrushes. With the frame quick exchangeable system, even
multiple models on the same machine are not an issue. Z.WASP:

Z.WASP is a whole family of machines offering a larger or smaller
range of brushes depending on the selected model. A Z.WASP drills
both wood and plastic. It can tuft abrasive bristles, natural fibers,

Highly efficient product and model changes
The Z.WASP family works with a frame exchange system: when the brush type changes,
a different frame is inserted into the machine. In a few cases, there are optional replacement
inserts for additional brush models.

The ZAHORANSKY True Grit System combines long-lasting low-wear mechanisms with costeffective wearing parts that are quick to exchange.
They will enable you to extend your uninterrupted
production times.
At the same time, the wearing parts have been
designed to be faster and more cost-effective to
replace, keeping the machine in service for as long
as possible and minimizing down-times.

The ZAHORANSKY 3D Brush Designer, which is matched
to the unit, cuts the cost of producing hole fields for your
brushes by up to 90 %. The software is intuitive to use and
requires no programming knowledge. You will be producing even complex hole fields very quickly.
