The Management and Staff of Bakers Ranch would like to thank you for considering us for your
upcoming event! We will assist you with every aspect of the planning process, referring you to the finest
vendors and ensuring your event is a complete success.
Bakers Ranch proudly features a newly built air conditioned Tudor–Style Building, inspired by 16th
century Northern European architecture, that gently blends with picturesque majestic oak trees and
3 very unique ceremony cites. It is worry-free wedding venue, you don’t need to have a plan “B” for
your ceremony or reception due to Florida’s unstable weather conditions. We thought of everything for
you to make your event/wedding day to be everything you imagine it to be and more!
For your convenience, we’ve created a comprehensive package pricing and policy explanations. If you

Rental Package
The following items are available to you at no additional charge with any reception purchase:
 Any ceremony site
 Ballroom area , +/- 4000 sq.ft of air conditioned open space with high vaulted ceiling,
maximum sitting capacity of 200 guests for sit-down dinner
 Bridal Suite – make up station, chairs, mirrors, and a couch with separate AC unit and private
security lock
 Grooms Cave (2nd floor) – pool table, lounging area, TV, balcony with separate AC unit
 2nd floor balcony – perfect for DJ’s deck, First Dance, Tossing Bouquets, Pictures
 3 Bathrooms – 2 of them handicap accessible.
 Catering Room with a separate entrance, separate AC, sink with hot water and stainless steel
tables for food staging. Covered outdoor are with electrical outlets.
 Outdoor Patio under roof (20’x80’) with general lighting
 Pergola - A smaller outdoor lounge area. Features hard surface patio, electrical outlets and café
lights.
 The Green- Lavish lawn area adjacent to the outdoor patio – can be utilized for cocktail
receptions or any dinner/lunch receptions with light “dinner” music.
 Guest accessible WIFI
 Security cameras in all public areas

Rental Fee. Space is available from 10 a.m. till 11 p.m.
Saturday – $4,950 + tax (September – May)
Saturday - $3,950 + tax (June-August)
Sunday – Friday - $3,950 +tax.
Ceremony Sites
Ancient Oaks Canopy- Share your vows with one another as you stand under gorgeous live oak trees
with cascades of Spanish moss. All trees have up lighting and electrical outlets so you don’t need to
spend any money to run power cords to the site. The hard surface/concrete walkway leads to the
Ancient oak canopy site.

Enchanted Garden Chapel- Start your journey together by exchanging vows in front of our dreaminspired chapel façade. Rustic cider doors with wrought iron accents and stone pillars create
unforgettable picture perfect backdrop. Your decorators can make it look enchanted with floral
arrangements and up lighting.

Love Lock Bridge- Seal your commitment as a couple by symbolically crossing over a delightful
European Inspired “Love” Bridge. Personalized padlocks may be added to the Iron Gate to reinforce
“forever and always.” Twinkle lights are permanently installed on the oak tree
Reception Areas
Ranch House- The main building (Under AC) with high vaulted ceiling can seat up to 200 guests with
a dance floor, includes a bridal suite, handicap accessible bathrooms, catering room, DJ Deck and
“Groom’s Cave” complete with a pool table, TV and lounging area. The Bridal Suite and vendor’s
entrance require private codes for entry. This will be your main reception area.

Pergola - A smaller lounge area, perfect for smaller cocktail receptions or as a semi-private relaxation
area for guests. Features hard surface patio and electrical outlets for twinkle lights or café lights
(if needed)
Outdoor Patio under roof (18’x80’) with general lighting - Perfect for greeting guests, serving cocktails,
staging bridal photos and as a plan “B” for rainy day.
The Green- Lavish lawn area adjacent to the outdoor patio – can be utilized for cocktail receptions or
any dinner/lunch receptions with light “dinner” music.
A La Cart Options


Wedding Rehearsal (to be scheduled, up to 2 hrs.)- $200
Valet parking- $300.00
Alcohol: All arrangement for dispensing of alcoholic beverages must be made through the Approved
Catering companies/liquor license holders. Approved catering companies/liquor license holders will
refuse service to any person under the age of 21 or who appears to be intoxicated. Bakers Ranch and its
Approved Catering companies and their employee’s reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who
may jeopardize his or her safety or the safety of others. It is our policy that “shot’s” or doubles will not
be served at any events at Bakers Ranch.
At Bakers Ranch, we strive to create an extraordinary experience for everyone. As such the following
items are required and/or prohibited from the property:
Prohibited Items: weapons (including, but not limited to firearms, knives, mace and pepper spray),
illegal drugs, food & alcohol contained beverage which has not been provided by a Licensed/Approved
vendor, coolers, fireworks, lanterns, open-flame (non-glass contained candles) and animals (exception
service animals with valid certificate). Bakers Ranch reserves the right to expand or modify the items
prohibited at any time.

Disturbances: All guests must maintain appropriate behavior at all times. Any guest engaging in
disorderly conduct/ disturbing other guests, or violating any venue policy may be asked to leave.
Loud music must remain contained inside the building as a courtesy to neighboring properties.
Bakers Ranch is a Smoke-Free Facility
Smoking will be permitted outside in designated smoking areas only.
Liability Insurance:
The wedding party/renter is required to provide event/liability insurance in the amount of 1 million per
occurrence, personal injury 1,000,000 and general aggregate 2,000,000. Evidence of insurance must be
presented one month prior to scheduled event date. For more information on how to obtain this
insurance, please ask.
Payments:
To reserve a specific date a 50% deposit is required, with full payment due at least one month prior to
the scheduled event. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (credit card payments require 3%
convenience fee).
Set-up/ Break-down:
The wedding party and their vendors will be responsible for the set-up and break-down of all
equipment and décor for their event on the day of the event within designated leased hours.
Ranch House and grounds are available on the day of the event for the set up and break down from 10
a.m. till 11 p.m.
Prices and conditions are those in effect at the time of signing the Contract. Prices and conditions are
subject to change without prior notice.
