For sterilization:
Immerse the instrument completely in
ACU-SOL® solution at full strength for a
minimum of 10 hours at 22°C (72°F) to
eliminate all microorganisms.
For high level disinfection:
Immerse the instrument completely in
ACU-SOL® solution for a minimum of 45
minutes at 22°C (72°F).
The concentration of glutaraldehyde must
be verified by a glutaraldehyde test indicator to ensure that the minimum effective
concentration of 1.7% glutaraldehyde is
present.
Do not leave instruments in the ACUSOL® solution for more than 10 hours.
Rinse thoroughly after immersion with sterile water. Up to one-year shelf life.

Payment terms are Net 30 days. All accounts not paid
within 30 days of original billing date shall be subject to
a service charge of 1.5% per month ($1.00 minimum). All
sales are final. In the event it shall become necessary to
collect the herein described sums, or any part thereof,
with suit, the purchaser shall pay all costs of collection,
including reasonable attorney’s fees. In the event of litigation, the purchaser shall pay all such costs and
Acuderm’s reasonable attorney’s fees at the trial and
appellate levels.
All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. Freight outside of
the United States must be prepaid. Duty and other
charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Goods Policy
For approval and complete instructions please contact
our Customer Service Department, (800) 327-0015, within 30 days of receipt, should you need to return product.
All returned goods are subject to the following conditions:

Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted for credit.
2.
Items returned must show date of purchase,
invoice number, RGA#, and reason for return on the packing slip.
3.
A 10% ($10 minimum) re-stocking charge will
apply to returned goods.Customer will prepay shipping
and insurance costs.
4.
Packaged items may only be returned if in the
original packaging.
5.
No product may be returned for credit after 30
days from date of invoice.
