Why it is always better to source spares from Thermax through their authorized representatives?





Today’s fiercely competitive markets make maximization of plant uptimes a big necessity making it
critical to plan the procurement of essential spares and maintain an optimum inventory of the same.
Having the right quality of spares is as important as the quantity aspect mentioned above. Customers
often end up in forced repeat purchases of a component (if not sourced properly), or even suffer the
loss of a production batch – the cost implication of which is higher than the failed spare part.
Again, Thermax, in view of a constant endeavour to improve the quality of products / performance,
keeps coming up with design changes / better components. They or their authorized representatives
alone can recommend to customers on changeover-kits to enhance efficiency / achieve operational
savings of existing equipment, an output of such improvement measures introduced.
Thermax TCAs, assisted by field service engineers whenever required, play an important role in
advising customers on the when / what and how much aspects of stocking. They will of course be at
hand in the procurement process by finalizing the order for parts and loading and expediting the
same with Thermax, and subsequently during installation if desired.
Select TCAs are today are further gearing up by both locally stocking spares for Air Pollution
Control equipment & developing a dedicated team trained to service their customers themselves.
