Labadie, MO 63055

Fri & Sat – 11am-10pm
Sun – 11am-8pm
For those looking for a place where everyone knows their name, look no
further than Hawthorne Inn in Labadie. For 14 years, the restaurant has
been providing a second-home atmosphere for the community where on
any given day workers from the nearby Labadie Power Plant might be
seen sharing friendly conversation with a couple of Red Hat Ladies. It
simply is just the type of place that makes everyone feel welcome.
Hawthorne Inn is a family-owned and operated business, owned by Cathy
and Chris Hancock and friend Dick Hoey.
American/Italian cuisine is offered in a casual atmosphere. The dinner
menu includes hand-trimmed steaks, fresh fish, a variety of pastas and
sauces, and a childrens menu. Everything is made to order to ensure the
utmost freshness and quality. Dinners are priced between $12 and $20.
An extensive wine list includes Missouri, California and international
wines as well as a large selection of domestic and imported beers. Lunch
is also served at Hawthorne Inn and has a bit of a flair for the dramatic.
The lunch menu includes salad and sandwiches alongside American thin crust
pizzas including the killer Labadie Locomotive Pizza topped with meatballs,
sausage, onions, pepperoni and pepperoncini peppers.
The locomotive theme expands beyond the creatively titled pizza. A mural that sits
behind the three-story bar depicts the history of this old railroad town. The
painting was done by local artist Bryan Haynes.
Group carry-outs, to-go menus and full catering are also available. Everyone is
invited to come in and relax at Hawthorne Inn.

Pacific Lions Club stores the flags in the garage at the Lions Club – you
will be given access to the garage – the flags are labeled
There are approximately 42 flags to place with more coming as
additional light posts are placed along Osage
You start at PHS and go to 7th Street with a police escort
You should have access to a pick-up truck to put the flags in the truck,
ride along and place the flags in the posts from the truck – a raised step
is supplied by the Lions Club for use in the truck, but must be returned!
Flags are placed out at 7am (approx. 1 ½ hours) and taken up at the end
of the same day and put back at the Lions Club Garage for storage
You may take a picture of your organization or group placing the flags in
