For you to be reading this, chances are you are recently engaged and
looking for a wedding venue.
Well, we hope you fall in love with Moxhull Hall as much as we did when
we first visited. That was 12 years ago now (how time flies) but from the first
moment we knew it would make the perfect wedding venue.
And it did! We’ve certainly seen a great many of them since then. Each
one totally different and absolutely geared around the personality of our
couples, which is so important to us.
But most of all, it’s the people who make the place. The team we have
working with us are just fantastic. Passionate, experienced and committed to
doing everything possible to bring together a wonderful day for you.

WHY MOXHULL HALL?
Choosing the right wedding venue is a big decision but just like choosing
the right partner, once you know, you know, right?
Being a privately owned business, we can be flexible and we are happy to
think ‘out of the box’ for any special requirements you may have.
So why choose Moxhull Hall?
Our reputation for serving high quality food, even for the largest banquets,
is well known. All our reviews and letters of thanks seem to mention ‘the
food, the food”.
There is of course the beautiful house, newly refurbished with its elegant
and contemporary interior design. Small and intimate while still very grand,
it is a special place for a special day.

The beautiful gardens are our pride and joy. Perfect for drinks receptions,
canapés and stunning photographs.
You will be assigned your own Wedding Manager who will love getting to
know you and hearing all about your plans for the day. Their job is to bring
all your ideas together to deliver you the day you hope for. And of course, they
will be with you on the day itself to make sure everything is as it should be.
Having only one wedding a day and private use of the venue (until 7pm) it
really does feel like the place is your very own.
From quiet, intimate, no fuss weddings, fun filled parties or extravagant
banquets, somehow Moxhull seems to be a perfect fit.
All our accommodation is reserved for you and your guests on your wedding
day. Stay over with your family and friends and make the day last a bit
longer with breakfast together the following morning.

Ever wanted to get married outside like they do in the movies? The truly
magical outdoor setting of Caliope’s Garden is a unique backdrop for your
civil ceremony and a must see for all true romantics.
To make a booking to hold a civil ceremony at Moxhull Hall, you must first
make a provisional booking with us and then contact the Superintendent
Registrar for North Warwickshire at the address below.
Available between the months of March and October, this is our very own
secret garden! Nestled amongst the surrounding woodlands in our grounds,
you really could be anywhere in the world as you say the words ‘I do’.

Civil marriages can also be held in our beautiful oak paneled Grove Room.
Set with roaring fire and overlooking the magnificent grounds, this is a
wonderfully luxurious setting for you to exchange your vows before your
family and friends.
In either setting, you may choose readings and music meaningful to you, even
live music if you wish, to make the all-important ceremony totally personal.

Smaller wedding parties of up to 40 can enjoy their wedding breakfast
in the main house whilst larger numbers can celebrate in our beautiful
marquee situated in the hotel gardens.
Either location will be set up with flowers, favours and decorations of your
choice by our experienced team, giving you the look and atmosphere you
want to create.
We work closely with you to meet all your catering requirements, from
drinks reception and canapés, through to our extensive selection of
wedding breakfast options and a huge and exciting choice of menus for
your evening guests.

The food we offer at Moxhull Hall is often commented on. But you will see
that for yourselves, as you will be invited to come in for menu tasting. It’s a
lovely evening in our restaurant and it will help you make your final menu
choices from the huge amount of mouth-watering options on offer.
When it’s time to party, our modern black and white dance floor gives
ample room for you and your guests to dance the night away to your choice
of band or DJ.
Set in rich ivory fabrics and stunning starlight ceiling the marquee presents
your guests with a romantic and sophisticated venue.

When you book your wedding at Moxhull Hall, all our 20 rooms are
immediately held for you and your guests.
Our stunning bridal suite is complimentary and you can check in from
mid-day if you like. Plenty of room for hairdressers make up artists,
photographers and bridesmaids to enjoy the giggles, excitement and
drama leading up to the main event. Champagne and chocolate covered
strawberries served to your room, seem to be a popular way of calming
the nerves!

You will be able to allocate the additional rooms to your friends and family.
All the rooms are newly refurbished and there’s something for everyone –
double, single and family rooms as well as our lovely cottages, which are
perfect for families or groups staying together.
Breakfast the next morning with all your family and friends is a great way
of reminiscing about all the details of the day and making a lovely close to
the celebrations.
