90% of the street lighting should remain in working order & functional
through out period of contract. No street light point should remain out
of order for 'mo re than 3 days. Beyond 3 days a recovery of Rs.50/-p.point,
per day, shall be made from the contractors bill.

The contractor shall take all safety measure at site during maintenance of
th e insta-Ilatio n.

The testing of earth continuity and earth electrode shall be carried out once
in a year by the contractor in the presence of authorized representative of
the Engineer- in-ch arge.
