Capernwray Harbour is located on Thetis Island, one of the most beautiful Gulf Islands in
the Georgia Strait, off the coast of Vancouver, British Columbia. For TRAVEL and LOCATION

Once you arrive at Thetis Island, Capernwray Harbour is situated immediately north (left) of the
BC Ferries dock. It is convenient to park vehicles in the town of Chemainus and board the ferry
as a foot passenger.

world can leave a woman’s soul weary and worn. Time to retreat, re-charge
and renew is a must. The Staff Ladies at Capernwray Harbour have created
a weekend for you to do just that. You are invited to come and spend time
in God’s Word, spend time in Christ’s Presence and spend time being a little
spoiled too.

As we study the book of Philippians, discover the life-changing truths that
transcended Paul’s circumstances and can turn our
personal ‘shackles’ into praise:

Gilmore return for a 3rd year to speak & teach.
What a blessing she has been. Sue will bring her
infectious love of the Lord Jesus and her British
humour and charm to the weekend’s teaching
series. Sue continues to serve at Capernwray Hall in England as the Bible School
Registrar for the European Centres of Torchbearers International as well as a
lecturer at Capernwray Hall in England. When her busy schedule allows, Sue
enjoys walking the Lake District Hills or by the sea in Morecambe, reading a
good book or or taking in a film. Sharing Christ’s Life over a pot of tea with
friends or students is also one of her many joys.
