We wish to introduce ourselves as one of the well established companies based in UAE,
offer our services throughout the Middle East.

Australian Automatic Doors Company L.L.C. (Aadco) is the sole agent of ADIS Automatc
Doors, which is a fully Australian owned company. ADIS automatic door machines has
compatibility with the new:
1. Australian Standard AS 5007-2007
2. European Standard DIN 18650-1:2005
3. Winner of Australian Design Award
4. Compliance with ISO/IEC17025 – NATA World Recognized Accreditation
We are also authorized distributor of GEZE Automatic Door, which is a product of Germany.
GEZE GmbH is one of the world’s leading developers and manufacturers of construction
systems for door, window and safety technology. GEZE offers a comprehensive range
of products including automatic door systems and door technology, glass systems,
smoke and heat extraction systems, safety technology as well as window and ventilation
technology.
In addition to the above mentioned product, we also provide a range of services which
includes:
• Glass partitions for offices
• Gate barriers
• Sliding gate motors, etc.
• Aluminum fabrication, etc.
• AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for the above mentioned services
Aadco currently service and supply Automatic doors to major food chains, service

Service and Repair
We recognise that complete peace of mind comes from knowing that if something
should go wrong you have the support you need when you need it. Whether you
require a fast effective response to an emergency door repair or wish to maintain
the safe efficient working of entrance doors through a planned preventative
maintenance contract we can help.
Where return visits are required, you can be sure of a quick response and if
additional work is needed our competitively priced quotation will be provided
within 24 hours or receipt of enquiry or engineers report

an integral part of our philosophy. So when it comes to after sales support or a
reactive call out service you can be sure of the same high standards.

Preventative Maintenance
Planned preventative maintenance is essential to ensure both operational
performance and safety of your automatic door system.
We work closely with our clients to establish their needs and provide competitive,
tailor made preventative maintenance packages.
We can also offer extended part warranties if a maintenance package is taken up
within the first 6 months of commissioning.
Typical preventative maintenance options
Option 1: 2 or more pre-determined service visits per year.
Option 2: 2 or more service visits per year plus call out.
Option 3: 2 or more service visits per year plus call out.plus any replacement
parts.
We recommend at least 2 service visits per year
