FREIGHT TERMS
F.O.B. Two Rivers, WI, Freight Collect
Title transfers to Buyer when product is picked up in Two Rivers.

RETURN GOODS POLICY
A return authorization is required for all defective units being returned to our factory. If
the account is FOB Two Rivers, Metal Ware will pay for the freight to return the defective
All returns are inspected and condition determined by Metal Ware's Repair Department.
Send information on return to the sales department and we will secure an RA#. Full credit
allowed on defective units under warranty.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Metal Ware appliances are warranted for one year from date of original purchase against
defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover transportation
damage, misuse, accident or similar incident. This warranty gives you special legal rights
and you may have other rights, which vary, state to state. Defective products may be
returned, freight prepaid, with a description of the defect to:

For service in warranty, follow instructions set forth in warranty. When ordering new parts,
make sure that you always mention the model number of the product, which is found on
the bottom of the appliance, or the head of the dehydrator.

The Metal Ware Corporation Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP)
Established 1-16-2014
The policy is applicable only in the United States and is intended to assist in ensuring the
continuation of our long held reputation as a manufacturer of high quality product and to
maintain proper position of Nesco, Nesco /America Harvest and Open Country branded
products in the marketplace. We also want to facilitate better profit margins for our valued
dealers and retail partners. This policy has been unilaterally adopted by TMWC and will be
uniformly enforced.
Map applies only to minimum advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which
products are actually sold. The policy does not establish MAXIMUM advertised prices. The
policy applies to and includes all solicitations and advertisements through the internet and
electronic media including websites, online auctions, and e-mail letters and communications.
It also includes print media to include catalogues, newspaper advertisements and flyer inserts.
Any advertisement below map pricing will be a violation of the policy. The MAP policy also
applies to prices at a physical storefront. The Metal Ware Corporation does not intent to do
business with re sellers whose conduct discredits or degrades the image of our brands and
products.
In cases of violation of the MAP policy, re-sellers will be notified and allowed forty eight hours
to bring advertising into compliance or TMWC will cease supplying that specific product to
the re seller. Intentional or repeated violations may result in immediate termination of all
business with the re seller without warning or notice.
