We use a Bargmann junction box. This is a weather
proof box mounted on our A-frame that protects the 7way electrical junctions that go into the trailer. What’s
this mean to the customer? They don’t have to worry
about their junction box being exposed to the elements.
Check out our competitors, most are fully exposed or
just partially covered
Weather Encapsulated Trim. This is a one piece
weather resistant trim that covers the screws where
the walls and floor meet (exterior). The competition
typically leaves the screw heads exposed or covers
them with a piece of white gimp that turns yellow in
3 months.
Grommets and Looms. Whenever we run wires or
plumbing up through the floor we use plastic grommets
and looms that help protect the wires and makes for a
nice clean finish. A lot of our competitors don’t use
these at all.
Baggage Doors. Our baggage doors are 1” thick
and use continuous extruded hinges and rubber D
seals. Our frames are also thick enough to cover the
opening. Have the customer slam our doors. They
will feel a difference. By the way most of our competitors use doors ½” thick
