Ventilationisguaranteedbyfansmountedonthethreecolumns.Thefansfunctionautomatically accordingtotheinternaltemperatureofwindings. The transformer compartment is provided with appropriate openings allowing a natural air flow fromthegridsfacingtheexternalenvironment. Thetransformer’sfeaturesareillustratedinthetablebelow. Soleil 500 inverter consists of a double IGBT type power module, with forced switching PWM (PulseWidthModulation)controltechnology. Thecurrent waveformdeliveredtothepowerdistributiongridisidenticaltothatofthe voltage withaunitypowerfactorinanyoperatingcondition. Each Soleil 500 uses a system which tracks the maximum power point of the photovoltaic generator(MPPT)thusachievingthemaximumpowerefficiencyinanyoperatingstate. Soleil 500 is controlled from two touch screen control panels allowing to view all system operating parameters of each system module (electrical values, states and alarms) and to input the basic commands. AnapplicationinstalledonaSIEL(TGS2)serverrunsthetestoftheHWpresentinthesystemand maintainsanhistoricallogofallthecollecteddata. Moreover,shouldanyfaultoccur,theTGS2systemcansendanemail/smstoaconfigurablesetof recipients,indicatingthetypeoferrorsotheproblemcanbesolvedinthemostappropriateway. Whenthefaultisrepaired,anadditionalnoticeissent(eͲmailand/orsms)toinformtheproblem issolved.
