Each Exhibitor Will Receive;
Forestry Portal presence:
Each company exhibiting will have a micro-site built on the back end of the Saw Tech
Log Expo event website and have access to the tools provided by our developers. Their
presence online and the tools they are provided will allow the exhibitor to market their
presence prior to, after and at the event. They will be able to offer show specials and
specials on wood products they produce throughout the year. As well the exhibitor is
able to maintain an active presence online for the balance of their 12 month agreement.
Saw Tech Log Expo Web Site presence:
Each exhibitor will have their company logo, booth location, show activity, company
description and a link to their micro-site included with the purchase of a booth.
Official show guide listing of products and services:
The exhibitor will get a company listing and description of products and or services
they will have on display at the show in the Official Show Guide. The guide will promote
the Value Added Wood Industry and what the event has to offer the potential buyer of
products and or services.
Exhibit space indoor or outdoor:
Each exhibitor will receive complimentary passes to distribute to their clients, will have
access to the online services for the event and will have access to WiFi service on site.
Outdoor storage area or additional space:
We will encourage the exhibitors to bring stock to the show and offer a trade show
special. Each exhibitor will have additional space for the storage of their inventory.
Marketing the Value Added Wood Producers:
The exhibitors of the SawTech Log Expo will be able to take advantage of the event
promotions online, through social media, newspaper, radio, posters, invitations,
brochures, trade publications etc. Promoting the participants as a group will only
enhance delegate or visitor participation. It is our intention to market the event as a
place where rural landowners, contractors, cottagers as well as industry could come
together in one setting to see and purchase the products produced from the region. We
will encourage the exhibitors to have with them onsite additional inventory to sell to the
visitor. We will create an atmosphere where the exhibitor will get results and the buyers
of products will save money.
