Garden Chair Rental - Pamperin Park has 200 white
garden chairs available
for rent. Outside use
requires an additional
grounds fee (the gazebo
& arbor do not require
additional grounds fee).
Tent Rental - Pamperin Park has two 10 x 10 tents
available for rent. Tents
will be put up and taken
down by Park staff.
Arbor Rental - Add to the outdoor beauty of Pamperin
Park with the use of our
arbor. To meet your decorating needs dress the
arbor with flowers, tolling,
lace, burlap, etc. Park
staff is responsible for the
placement and removal of
the arbor. We will need to
know what grounds area
you are looking to use
with the arbor.
Grounds Areas - A grounds fee is required to put up
tents,
chairs,
bounce
houses,
etc. in any Brown
County Park. Park
users are allowed
to setup one freestanding 12 x 12
tent or smaller
tent. Larger tents or multiple tents requires a
grounds fee. A grounds area map can be found on
our website under Photo Gallery.
Dance Hall Lighting - Pamperin Park offers four different
options of lighting. Light placement and removal is
handled by Park staff. Any damage to lighting occurring
during the event, will be responsible of the renter.
Option #1 - includes four lengths
of white icicle lighting hanging
from the center of the Dance
Hall diagonally to the side walls.
The center is the highest point
with two swags per length.
Option #2 - includes white icicle
lighting hanging from the center
of the Dance Hall to the center
of each end wall. Lighting runs
the entire length of the Dance
Hall building.
Option #3 includes four
lengths of white bistro lighting
hanging from the center of the
Dance Hall diagonally to the side
walls. The center is the highest
point with two swags per length.
Option #4 -Includes four lengths
of white bistro lighting that runs
the width of the Dance Hall
building (two strings on each side
of the stage).
Options #1 and #2 can be rented together as well as
options #3 and #4.
Brown County Parks has several park facilities available
for family, business or group celebrations and meetings.
Brown County Park Department
 Reservations begin on the first “working” day of the
month for that entire month of the following year. For
example, on June 1, 2016 reservations can be made
for the entire month of June 2017.
 All reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served
basis and are non-refundable. Reservations must be
made with the Brown County Park Office.
 Reservations paid by credit card may be made via
phone. Cash or check payments must be made in person. Payment and the following information are needed at the time of booking: type of event, number of
attendees and rental times.
 Most park facilities are available for rental between
the hours of 10am and 10pm. Premises must be
cleaned and vacated prior to departure time. Facilities at Bay Shore, Pamperin and Reforestation Camp
can be rented from the hours of 9am to midnight for
an additional cost. Barkhausen is available for rental
year round from 7:30am to 6pm.
 No person shall vend, sell or offer for sale any food,
beverage, or other commodity within any park to the
public without authorization from the Park Director.
 It is the lessee’s responsibility to maintain the facility
in a safe and sanitary condition. Facilities should be
returned to the condition prior to your rental. The
Lessee will be billed for all damages and cleaning costs
should the above requirement not be met. Trash containers are not provided in outside park areas.
Indemnification - The County shall not be liable for any
injuries, deaths or property damage from the use of the
leased facility nor is the County responsible for any articles left, lost or stolen.
