US Terms and Conditions
Terms
Our terms are Net 30 from date of invoice. Accounts with invoices 30 days past due will receive no further shipments
until account is current. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on past due accounts.
Prices
Prices based on F.O.B. Auburn, WA. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
All shipments are made by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless instructions are received specifying a different carrier.
Minimum Orders
Minimum order is 6 pairs. Orders less than 6 pairs are subject to a $5.00 service charge per order.
Backorders
Backorders not shipped within 60 days of the initial shipment date will be canceled.
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s)
All requests for RMA’s must be made in writing or by calling the Auburn office. Returns of discontinued styles and/or closeouts will
not be accepted. Worn shoes that do not have a manufacturing defect, as determined by Propét USA, will not be accepted. Display merchandise will not be credited. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. ANY RETURNS UNACCOMPANIED BY AN RMA
NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. THE RMA NUMBER MUST APPEAR ON THE OUTSIDE OF EACH PACKAGE. ALL RETURNS NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE ARE SUBJECT TO A $6.00 PER PAIR RESTOCKING FEE.
Shortage Claims & Proof of Delivery
Claims for loss, shortages, or damage must be reported to Propét USA within 10 days of receipt to be accepted. Requests for Proof of
Delivery must be received in writing at the Auburn Office within 15 days of invoice date.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments will be charged a $6.00 per pair restocking fee. If two consecutive shipments are refused, the account will be put
on “shipping hold”. No further shipments will be allowed until a thorough review of the account is made by the Credit Department.
Transportation charges will be the customer’s responsibility and considered a part of past due.
