Leadership Aransas Pass Class IV
The Aransas Pass Chamber is proud to present Leadership Aransas Pass Class IV. The group met for the first time at Orientation. You will
see more of Class IV participants throughout the next nine months, as we follow the class into their Graduation in May 2016.
Leadership Aransas Pass (LAP) was established September 2010 as a program of the Aransas Pass Chamber of Commerce. It is a training
program for emerging and existing leaders that builds knowledge, motivation and a vision to develop a stronger community. The program expose participants to behind-the-scenes view of the community, it’s history, education programs, government, law enforcement,
social services and health care, tourism, economic development and the challenges and issues thereof.
Since orientation, the class has been focusing on a fundraiser for their team project which will provide a significant, long standing improvement within the community. The class meets again at their first monthly Session on Sept 25th, at Camp Aranzazu. This is a full day
of self discovery, allowing each team member an opportunity to identify their personal strengths and their unique place in the team.
A team must have a unified sense of purpose, commitment to a set of values, collective desire, accountability and trust. It is at Aranzazu, they will learn each other’s different personalities styles and gain trust in each other, during the challenges presented to them throughout
the day.

support as the sponsor Class IV. The Chamber would also like to Thank Martinez Insurance

regional levels and provided statistics that charted the growth of the county and region.
