In order to assure the comfort and safety of our guests, we require that all
visitor’s wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Clothing
Durable apparel is highly recommended, pants are required. Please avoid
loose or dangling articles.
Hard hats and safety glasses
Hard hats and safety glasses must be worn at all times within the plant.
Exceptions include the designated safe walkways, the main office, locker
rooms and cafeteria. If you are not sure whether a hard hat is required in a
specific area, please check with your escort.
Footwear
High heeled and open toed shoes are prohibited in the plant.
Robust, hard toe protective footwear must be worn in the plant.
Shoes must be in good condition and completely cover the foot.
Hearing Protection
Ear plugs are available, but not required.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all areas within the 360 Lavoy Road facilities –
without exception. The only designated smoking area is outdoors on the
far south west end of the building in the designated area. No one may
smoke along any path way or walk way leading to or from the designated
smoking area. This includes the picnic tables and the grassy areas and the
parking lots. Thank you for your cooperation.

Wireless and wired internet is available throughout the office. For
access information, please check with your escort.
Refreshments
Complimentary bottled water and soft drinks are available in
conference room refrigerators.
