It will be the fourth high-rise building in Honolulu with this technology. The split system allows for the option to use natural ventilation on cooler days and the cooling system on hot days. It also allows for cooling by individual rooms and can be turned off when not occupied. The stated maintenance fees are from recent budget reports and are subject to line item increases for each specific building.
