Weather Station Calibration The accuracy of the Pressure, Temperature and Humidity data you enter into your application has a direct bearing on the accuracy of the end result! Jet-Tech provides you with a unique copyright feature that will calibrate your weather station to an absolute accuracy of 0.299% or better. The simple calibration process enables the software to calculate out any tolerance in mass-produced weather stations. Mikuni TMX Carburettors Up to 8 different configurations/settings can be saved in the Set-up database. So when you change your carburettor type, carburettor settings or engine, you can easily recall your optimum set-up for the chosen combination thus maintaining maximum performance with the click of a button. Carb Ice JET-TECH TMX continually monitors the Dew Point Temperature and displays a Carb Ice warning when atmospheric conditions are such that Carburettor Ice may form. This feature is an essential aid for Professional or Amateur carburettor tuner alike. It adds another dimension to understanding fully the performance envelope of the Mikuni carburettor. Mikuni Carburettor Needles 'Unlocking' from the main screen, enables Needle Selection from a drop-down list which includes the full range of 6EJ12-53 to 6EJ12-60 needles. The user can modify the settings to allow for the different characteristics of each needle, relative to their specific engine/carburettor combination. In addition, the user can select their choice of idle jet from 10 - 120 from a drop down list. NGK or Denso plugs can be selected at the click of a button. Mikuni Carburettor Needle Design All Jet-Tech software includes a unique feature to advise you when the weather conditions, for your carburettor setup, require a needle setting that is beyond the physical limitations of your chosen needle. This enables you to change your carburettor setup to either bring your chosen needle back into range or you may elect to change the needle design for one better suited to the weather conditions and your carburettor setup. Mikuni Carburettor Idle Jet The user can select their choice of idle jet from 35 80 from a drop down list. NGK or Denso plugs can be selected at the click of a button. Because the Mikuni range of carburettors are a mass produced item, no two will Flow air and fuel exactly the same and whilst Jet-Tech TMX will, for 99.9% of carburettors, mirror the performance exactly, it may be that your engine tuner/builder has optimised your engine and/or exhaust pipe in a particular way that requires a different jetting and needle curve to get the maximum power and torque out of your carburettor and engine combination.
