Spending money
Spending Money:
All meals and entertainment are paid for by Highbridge Voices. However, if a student would like to
buy souvenirs or an extra soda or snack, that would come from his/her spending money. It is a
good idea to get Canadian currency ahead of time from your bank. Another option would be to use
an ATM card, as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted most places.
Cell Phones:
Please check with your cell phone provider about fees for using a phone in Canada. No one likes
surprise cell phone bills! You may want to get a phone card for emergency calls.
CHAMBER CHOIR SINGERS:
As we prepare for our trip to Canada, we need each of
you to bring in your ORIGINAL birth certificate or
passport for us to use at the border crossing. No
photocopies are allowed.
Your birth certificate may look something like this:
Please turn in your birth certificate by March 31, 2014
What if I can’t find my birth certificate?
Come see us ASAP! We will help your family get a second copy.
