WELCOME TO BIOTHERM
MEET OUR TRAINERS!
CAMILLE
Skin care has always been my passion. As teenager I
suffered with terrible acne and when I figured out how
to care for my skin I wanted to share that information
with everyone. It’s been 27 years now of being in the
cosmetic industry working as a beauty advisor, a
cosmetic manager, a sales rep and now a Regional
Trainer with Biotherm.
I love a good conversation or debate, so I guess it’s
fitting that I am a trainer. When I am not working, I am at
the soccer field cheering on my son who is awesome!
Spoken like a true “soccer mom”.
VERONIQUE
With 18 years in the cosmetics industry, I have had the
chance to explore several aspects of this universe.
I have worked as an esthetician and esthetics teacher,
as a cosmetic manager, demo & makeup artist; only to
finally dedicate myself 100% to the brand that won me
over from day 1!
Outside of work I love everything that is original and
artistic. I love being outdoors, seeing my friends, taking
photos of everything, discovering new places…all the
while drinking tea!

I began in the Cosmetic industry at age 17, at Shoppers
Drug Mart. My passion was always the technical stuff,
and I loved educating my customers. I was recruited by
Biotherm at age 25, first as a coordinator for
Department stores, then to training. I have been training
for the brand for 33 years now!
Other than loving my work, my other passion is the arts.
It’s what I studied at college and what my mother
embedded in me from a very young age – the
appreciation of art in all its forms. My husband and I
collect Canadian, in particular BC artists, and we have
an impressive aboriginal art collection. My weekend
passions are pilates and walking my Siberian husky,
Walker.

We are particularly proud to announce that Frances
Christopher has been honored with the COSA award in
the training category for 2013. COSA stands for
Canada’s Outstanding Service Award. If you haven’t
heard of COSA before then you should know, each
year 17 dedicated service professionals are celebrated.
