Rain, rain, go away. This winter was surely a wet one.
We took advantage of one sunny day to go down to
Lincoln Park with the puppies, Tinkerbell on the left and
Wilbur on the right.
However, although
April showers bring
May flowers, I hope
our wet season ends
soon, so we can get
on with our vitamin
D making. Have no
fear, we will get our
sun yet. This
summer, we will be
continuing onto the
next leg of our Great
Airstream Adventure: Grand Canyon,
Santa Fe, San Antonio, and Galveston.
Many of you
have heard me
talk about my
simple diet plan,
with the mantra
of spreading the
meals and cutting
out simple carbs.
This simple form
of my six point
diet (regular,
equal, balanced,
low fat, high
fibre, and correct
amount) is easy
to follow and
works every
time! Are you

Staff Spotlight -- Tiffany: Medical Assistant, Billing Specialist
We all appreciate the hard work and enthusiasm Tiffany brings to the office each day.
Her coworkers describe her as dedicated, compassionate, joyful, knowledgeable,
straight-forward, kind, and cooperative. When Tiffany is not at work, she enjoys
shopping, working out, and spending time with family and friends. Her pride and joy
is her daughter Au Jonae, 21, who is a fashion major in San Francisco. Her passions
are God, family, and her work. Thank you Tiffany!!!
Meaningful Use . . . What’s That?
Through the diligent work of our staff, we have been recognized federally for the
Meaningful Use of our Electronic Health Record (EHR), Amazing Charts (AC). It
keeps records of your visits, helps us keep track of health information, exchanges
data electronically, and aids medical decision making. All these features improve the
safety, efficiency, and quality of your care, all goals of the Affordable Care Act.
