Decrease in I/O, means 27% faster System shows 4% decrease in kernel mode-running 4% faster z We found an aggregate performance increase of 17% in CPU idle time. This shows a decrease in direct I/O rate and a significant increase in file open rate. It also handled file queuing rate much better. z Peak process time on test 4 shows 27% increase in CPU idle time, which is excellent. z We estimate that with full application load, the aggregate performance should be between 15 and 20 percent.
