Page 4 Metro News Issue 43 Metro Survey Results Last week, Eddie Spain presented the results from our recent member survey. Overall, our results were very positive. True to our desire to give back, Metro hosted 22 service programs last year!!! Members were asked to provide feedback and encouraged to share what is working well and what needs improvement. The text messaging was seen as a great way to communicate with members. We have room for improvement in communicating the Presidential Citation and our club goals. Our goals are available in Club Central. We will begin including this in our orientation training for new members and will add information to the newsletter so that members know how to login and check or create bios, and review club goals.
